Breakfast for lunch. Food is serious business for me , i gotta eat home cooked , even if it takes me 45 min to prep and cook plate and eat. All the bad eating habits i forged as a child have caught up with me in my adult life. Cant bargin with health and processed food as well as copious amounts of sugar as well as things we really shouldnβt be eating. It cost less in the long run to eat home cooked , but i get a few things from it . Food scapes and peelings for my live stock Learning and advancing my cooking techniques Keeps me connected with what im consuming cause im selecting what the ingredients are. Anyway this is a veggie omelette (more like a fertada) it has russet potatos, sweet potato, broccoli , carrot, green beans. The drink is a cucumber/cantaloupe Himalayan salt/ cane sugar (sweet and savory for taste).
