Do squats with friends to make them more bearable and drive each other to do more!

1. Standing opposite one another with feet hip width apart, grab your partner’s wrists with a firm grip

2. Lower down into a squat, at the same time keeping your back straight until your thighs are parallel to the ground (or as close to parallel as possible). Make sure you pull your abs in and keep your knees above your ankles. Pull against your partner (make sure you trust them first ;) ) to help with posture.

3. Rise back up and repeat for one minute!
