So, after months since the initial announcement and a little friendly reminder a couple of days ago that I was, in fact, still working on this, finally…
You can find BloodLotusDesigns available on Etsy, with international shipping! The six available designs, inspired by settings from MXTX's novels, are:
Cang Qiong Mountain Sect:
Each design is specifically created to represent subtle but recognizable landscapes within MXTX's novel settings, by fans for fans ;) and can also be worn as t-shirts in any social situation without standing out as fandom or niche merchandise. The purpose of both the t-shirts and each of the designs is to be able to carry our love for danmei and the novels we're passionate about, no matter the circumstances! :3
Each design underwent a 100% human process of conceptualization, creation, design, and illustration. No generative AI was used during the development or drawing process of any of these designs!
BloodLotusDesigns works hand in hand with print-on-demand partners. Through these partners, not only are shipping costs reduced to ensure accessibility worldwide, but also, because our partners work with 140 production centers in 32 countries, local production and shipping from the location closest to the buyer help reduce the carbon footprint.
While the preset colors of each design are exclusive to that design, the undertone/intensity of the garment's color may vary slightly. Given that this is local production tailored to the buyer's location, each production base will have its own textiles, the color of which may or may not vary slightly in undertone. It is expected that the production bases will respect both the tone and the undertone.
Closing this post, I would like to thank each and every one of you who support me in one way or another. In these years that I have spent sharing, writing, and creating, each of your words, comments, and support has been a huge hug to my soul :'3
Even when I first thought about this project, when my sister said that we should really do it instead of just letting it go like so many other ideas, even after sitting for hours thinking and conceptualizing, when I could look into that dark corner of insecurity that asked, "Who would want something like this?" I already had an answer. You. Me. This is for you, and for me, and for all those who, like me, enjoy MXTX's novels and characters, and I really hope you love it!
