A few days ago I saw an ad for a Darth Vader showerhead in a Bed Bath & Beyond flyer. This is a showerhead interpretation of the ending to Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.

Is there another word for this?
Laughtrap - v. chuckling aloud to oneself in an effort to snare others into asking what is being laughed about, thereby enabling the chuckler to share a mildly amusing video, photo or a long-winded, unfunny story that usually results in the chuckler saying defensively “I guess you had to be there”; using fake laughter to draw attention to oneself.

Lost Page
For it still lies here. Right where I left it to be. Lost and found by me.
Memories Subjected to Phone
Outfits, selfies, besties, dance floors,
Performers, concerts, celebrities;
Restaurant dinners, home cooked meals, cocktails,
Workouts, shopping hauls, birthdays, throwback Thursdays;
Wrecked cars, new cars, vacations, airports, hotel rooms,
Street signs, monuments, canyons, beaches, snowstorms;
New Years, Fourths, fireworks, barbecues, pups, cats,
Births, graduations, weddings, new homes,
First steps, first words, first grades, repeats,
Newer homes, grandkids, retirements,
Passing.
Matinee
8 1/2, Guido sits in the theater as he watches his footage play back.
Drawn and colored with Micron pens and Prismacolor markers.
Shot using a Canon Autozoom 814 Super 8 camera, a multitude of images, a time-lapse travel film through four south Florida Cities in a car, on a bicycle and finally, on foot.
On the left is a scene from Sorrentino’s La grande belleza (2013), and on the right, a scene from Fellini’s 8 ½ (1963). My Italian is limited, so forgive me if I say this incorrectly, but amo il cinema italiano.
When I realized I was fighting this battle too much, I decided to buy a typewriter. Then I found myself browsing ebay, looking for garage sales and searching antique shops while the pages remained white. A senryu I wrote to help me kick the habit.
