Good morning

Looking at the map and seeing this makes me feel good. Actually being able to see progress is so cool. Although I have hiked and traveled a lot this is by far the craziest thing I have ever attempted and I am still learning so much everyday. Packing and re-packing my stuff on a daily basis trying to find the best fits, and figuring out what I need and what I have been carrying and not using. After 42 days I decided that not only is my pack too big for what I am doing it is just heavy and bulky and I am not as much of a fan of it as I thought I was. I think it takes a good amount of time using something to really realize that type of thing. So as I re-pack and get rid of the excess I am also now back looking for a new ultra light, smaller bag.

Made it through VA and made a video. Let me know what you think.
Very Cool!
Today I passed through Danville and when I met up with Jerry we did a little interview with Heather Rosenbaum for ABC13. Thanks to Heather for spending some time in her busy day with us. WSET.com - ABC13
Had the pleasure of meeting with Jerry Walter today. Jerry is the founder of the National Fabry Disease Foundation http://www.fabrydisease.org/ . He met me in Danville where we were met by abc news 13. After a short interview we had lunch and got to talk about my trip and Fabrys in general. Jerry is one of the most informative people I have met on the subject and I got a lot out of the afternoon. Thanks for everything Jerry.
