Fang’s a young hero in the making who’s naive, determined and impulsive when it comes to helping others. Unfortunately for him, he’s possessed by a demon known as Nocturn, who’s slowly been taking control of his mind / body throughout the years.

Nocturn’s malicious, sarcastic and blood thirsty- his desires are primal & selfish. Fang is aware of Nocturn’s vile nature & that he’s not to be trusted, but Nocturn’s sweet, patient and helpful towards him. Nocturn can help Fang get enhanced agility and strength, but if Fang isn’t careful with this added power, Nocturn can take control of their body, resulting in catastrophic consequences. The only way to calm Nocturn’s rampages are magic or if he eventually tires out the shared body (he needs to constantly eat to replenish energy so a rampage can last a week or 2).

Does Axel have any memorable opponents he encountered and/or fought during his Underground Arena days? Fighters who were bigger than him, fighters who cheated frequently, master martial artists, sadistic murderous psychopaths, or combatants who were surprisingly chill despite the sport they were a part of.

He’s encountered nearly all of the above, but his most memorable was def the fighter who killed him as a teenager.

Axel beat them in a fight & it hurt this weirdo’s pride so bad they went overboard in their rematch (design not final).
