I didn’t think I liked the color purple all that much until the past few years when lavender brought me so much peace during migraine attacks. Many of my favorite flowers look their best in this deep jewel tone hue. Flowers have really helped me embrace the beauty of life. I love capturing them in all their stages. Chronic pain is an exhausting journey full of unknowns and what if’s but I’ve learned so much about myself and the suffering of many others. Good days, walks, exercising and laughing are never taken for granted anymore. Setbacks are still a huge disappointment but acceptance is something I work on everyday. I have found so many people through this platform that are sufferers who are helping so many of us navigate #chronicmigraine and I’m so grateful for everything I’ve learned over the past 1.5 years of living with #chronicpain.
