I have had a lot of people ask me how I deal with dysphoria in the summer when I have to dress cooler.

I deal with it by continuing to wear all black, jeans, and hoodies/jackets despite it being 80 degrees and over.

We avoid dysphoria and die like men

i feel stuck inside of myself and i have absolutely no clue why. i don’t like myself anymore. i feel trapped almost? but i shouldn’t.
