i hate my life...

why do I want to hurt myself... I thought those thought were gone...for years.,. But today I've been thinking to...cut myself... I'm scared but I also wanna do it... I feel empty... Because there's a fucking heatwave coming and my body can't regulate heat and I'll have to try and not overheat because if I do I'll probably pass out...

My damn body can't regulate the temperature so I'll probably burn and in Germany we don't have a night to cool down the air because the night is too short for that and we have ca. 17 hours day time a day...

I have to use cold drinks to cool down manually...

And the heatwave will be way more hotter than the one before...

I live on and old building... my ventilator is already trying their best...
