People may be present at our births. More often than not we are alone when we die. Find some comfort knowing no one is living life for you, no one can latch on to or let go of anything for you, everything is dependant on you. Fuck the brain fog, fuck the self hatred, fuck the loathing of self, fuck caring about what others want, fuck following fairy, fuck fucking up your body. Respect yourself. Otherwise you will not more forward. Let go of the negative feeling, stop smoking, start living life for you.
