hey, i wanna get a modest mouse album, which one would you recommend?

I’d say the get to Moon & Antarctica. not only is it the staple sound of Modest Mouse, but their most critically acclaimed album. Personally, my favorite is Lonesome crowded west for its lo-fi sound and some of Brock’s best songwriting.  

(I almost misread your question and thought you wanted to get into Modest Mouse. I almost gave you an album route.)

as of now, my favourite songs from them are from The Lonesome Crowded West and Good News for People Who Like Bad News, but I can't find them anywhere in my city. I think I'll order them online, eventually.
