and sometimes lance will be sitting having a serious conversation with may about something work-related and serious, and his phone will go off, and it's bobbi shouting "PICK UP THE FUCKING PHONE JACK ASS" -and lance will just say "let me... let me... get that" and may will just groan internally.
bobbi doesn't do personalized ringtones, but his name on her phone is this (and yes, caitlin, i spent five minutes of my valuable life making that on my phone).

maybe jemma? izzy is just "whatever" about them, mack always disapproves completely but is alright about it as long as bobbi's happy.

i actually have an existing hc that bobbi will steal hunter's clothes all the time. she sleeps in this grey "ARMY" shirt that she insists is hers, and then lance puts on that squeaky voice and is like "how can you say that's yours when it literally says ARMY on the front in bold! i was in the army! they gave me that shirt! it's my shirt bob!" and most times she'll just shrug and walk away in the direction of their bunk muttering "it's coming off either way"

i'd like to point out WE'VE ALL SEEN THE MIDSEASON FINALE. im going to say both of them just because of the street scene.
lancebob pda everywhere please. like may and lance being bobbi's extraction team so they pick her up and may has to ask them to stop making out for one minute so she can raise the ramp. fitz regrets asking them to accompany him to the local supermarket because he just wanted to buy some cornflakes, he didn't want to see them kissing in the fruit and vegetable isle.
Who proposes
lance and he had the worst timing in the world. it was half way through a mission when they were surrounded by opposing agents and he shoots one of them while asking "do you want to marry me?" and when bobbi has another agent on the ground she has to ask him to repeat the question.
