I've been struggling with Rel pose for the last three days. I'm planning to make some changes to it: when I start coloring, I'll remove some extra details and maybe replace them with others. I'm not in a hurry right now and I'm thinking everything through carefully, as I have some important things to do.
On June 23rd, one of my customers gave me a wonderful teddy bear — it was a complete surprise! At work, I was in a bad mood at the time after an argument with another client: she yelled at me because she didn't want to follow the marketplace rules. In fact, it was her own fault — she should have read them first. In the end, she left empty-handed.
After that situation, I was cleaning up in the warehouse and sorting orders. Then another customer came up to me. I handed her the order, and suddenly she decided to give me this cute little bear. I was so pleased that my mood immediately lifted, and I completely forgot about the unpleasant incident with the previous customer.
I hung the bear on my backpack (I'll attach a photo), and at home it just hangs on the wall. Yes, there are such nice customers who suddenly give gifts, lift your spirits, and understand how hard the job is. After all, I've been working for 5 years now, I try to do everything well, so customers like me, they know and appreciate me.
Well, I was kind of practicing my brushwork and racking my brain to figure out how to bend Rel into a shape, you know, sort of like a shark. The training process took longer, I ran into some difficulties, but in the end, it somehow worked out and I managed to bend him.
I looked at some artworks about sharks, and my friend also gave me tips on how to draw it and even sent examples — I'm still listening to his advice.
Just as a quick reminder: I'll be drawing this in Photoshop because I don't have any purple or lilac markers. And on Wildberries you can't buy them separately, they only come in sets. As for Ozon... well, honestly, they require payment right away there, and the prices are a bit higher (long story short, I didn't look myself, but I just know that).
I was experimenting with colors so that my signature color would define who my character is and how I look in the virtual world. Actually, I just drew my friend with his OC and mine — the way I see them, using my color. 💎
The first drawing is how I imagine myself when I'm asking him for something, like to play Garry's Mod. 🎮 And the second one is just our faces when one of us says something out of line, and we give someone that look.
I might make further changes and keep experimenting. I'll also add tags for the game characters this is based on. ⏳

Meet my new OC, Ranra! Wanted a spooky Halloween bg, but it was too time-consuming, so I went with a simple one.
Ranra is a nocturnal dragon species, most active on Halloween. She's determined but very naive and gets offended easily because of her rough childhood. She managed to pull through though!
Also, my purple markers died mid-drawing, so I had to repaint everything in dark blue. Oops.
On the planet Geon, reason is being born, and history begins with tribes. Among the first were the Notluk — a harsh people living on the borders of the glowing Eoran forest.
Due to their evolutionary path, rigid feathers protrude from their bodies — an atavism from distant flying ancestors whose wings have long since atrophied. Now, these feathers serve only as decoration and a sign of maturity.
A warrior's path in the Hetau tribe begins with a trial: to earn the right to wear a skull mask, an aspirant must single-handedly defeat the forest's apex predator. This mask is not just protection, but a symbol that its wearer has accepted the spirit of the beast they have slain and proven their right to live. For now, these warriors are armed with simple but deadly spears.
The concept for this character was created with the help of advice from my friend Linoxod, and this is the result we came up with.
I tried to draw the prototype my own way anyway. Of course, there are some changes, but mistakes are still present — maybe I forgot to draw something else as well.
Overall, it feels like I'm getting the hang of drawing him, and I'm confident that next time I'll be able to redraw it completely and add all the details that I missed this time.
This is the Star Starry universe, a kind of analogue to VR, only in our real world.
In the first drawing, I'm depicting myself in the form of another avatar-prototype (by the way, I decided to change his main outfit to match my style) — let's say, I'm drawing a dark dragon on an easel. And right then, for example, one of my friends walks in and kinda takes a photo of what I'm doing. I decided not to add a smartphone frame during the shot; it felt like it would be unnecessary.
The second drawing is just funny to me: DabMorda under the guise of some bug really got on my nerves, and I'm strangling him with disgust, while he manages to flip me off. At first, I thought about giving him anime-style eyes, like when characters comically strangle their annoying friend, but then I thought it was better not to add the funny eyes.
I hope if DabMorda sees this drawing of him... I hope he won't steal my sacred and delicious dumplings in the future, which he loves so much.
This is how I feel when my drawing turns out perfect and beautiful. I experience a sense of joy and pride, so to speak. I know that I'm not the only artist who feels this way when their drawing comes out perfectly.
So, of course, there are probably a lot of mistakes and shortcomings here, but I have to admit: I think it's better to put comics on hold for now. Maybe comics just aren't my thing. I decided to draw this purely out of curiosity — to see how it would turn out — and the drawing gave me an answer.
As usual, my important friends are depicted. Well, in the drawing, the story is about how Lunoxod gave Morda a pancake to smoke. That's the image that appeared in my head. I hope I wrote the dialogue in English correctly.
It might not have turned out funny, but I think I'll put the comic aside for now. Maybe some other time.
To be honest, I was embarrassed to share my drawing. But, flaws and mistakes are what teach us: we wouldn't learn anything new if we didn't make some kind of mistake.
I finally finished the most anticipated drawing of Rel for the 3D model. My God, how much time it took because of being constantly busy! I hope I'll be able to finish the model if my friend helps as he promised. For now, I'm posting the drawing itself: first the separate elements, and then everything together. The most important thing is — it's done!

Emma....,I forgot to share that I also bought myself two more 'Prototype' pins. I decorated my backpack with them. Maybe I'll buy some other pins too.
I'm still here, alive and kicking. I've been lost in my thoughts for a while, trying to find inspiration for drawing and working on the backstories for some of my characters. I still haven't settled on a story, though — my head is just too tired.
As for Rél, this is the last sketch I've drawn for the 3D model. I'll finish it around May 27th, and the whole process will probably take another three days or so, since I'll be at work. This is definitely the longest drawing process for me. A lot of people might say, "That's easy" or "Oh, that should be quick", but in reality, you can only work fast if you have a lot of free time and aren't employed.
I noticed that when I color characters, for example, dragons without accessories, working non-stop, my markers quickly run out of ink. It made me wonder: maybe these markers just aren’t suitable for such intensive work, or perhaps I’m doing something wrong.
What really gets on my nerves is how fast the colors I need just disappear. For example, I’d just finished coloring the big spikes on a dragon and was about to move on to his chest with the same color, but the marker had already started to streak and run out of ink. It’s incredibly frustrating and really tests my patience.
I finished the Shadow Monster, but honestly, I can’t remember her name. I redrew her with some changes. During the coloring process, it was really annoying how quickly the marker ran out.
Originally, I planned to make her Mailon’s daughter, but then I changed my mind. I never fully decided on that, and I didn’t have time to think through her story or tell you a little bit about her.
Yes, I bought more keychains with Prototype again — of course, both for my keys and for my backpack. In general, I’m very happy with my purchase!

Yesterday I managed to draw Ral from the back — haha, sounds funny, but yeah, that was his butt!
Now only the last drawing is left — the view from below, aka Ral's belly. I'm trying to find time for it, even though some other things came up that I hadn't planned, and because of them I had to postpone the drawing.
Anyway, the drawing is in progress!
I also got myself a sketchbook for drawing — just to have it in reserve, so I won’t regret not buying it when it’s still available. Who knows, maybe they’ll discontinue this notebook.
So now I have two sketchbooks. The downside is that they don’t have many pages, and the ones with more pages I’ve only seen without any cover design.
I remember drawing this dragon with a marker a long time ago. Yesterday, I found the sketch and decided to redraw it, making a few changes.
I changed the color palette to different shades of brown, blue, and «oceanic» tones. Yes, it does look a bit like Toothless (the Night Fury), but that’s just a coincidence. This is a completely different species, created by nature in this universe. They are not relatives or ancestors of each other. It doesn’t belong to the «Sharp Class»; its abilities are simple: fire-breathing, claws, and a strong tail.
It doesn’t have a name yet. These dragons live in the far north, in extreme cold, to which they are perfectly adapted (they can’t stand heat). Their fur protects them from frost, and their diet consists of meat and fish. It’s important to note that this species cannot be tamed and sees humans as enemies or pests.
