Hi hello! Sorry for not answering sooner, I'm back in school and working full time at the same time so I haven't had much time recently.

So when I look at BTM... I actually left the FNaF fandom after some things Scott said, though recently I've been thinking about FNaF again and missing it. As for BTM, I had intended to leave it abandoned as I 1) had intended to leave the FNaF fandom, and 2) as someone who's closer to 30 than to 20 I started feeling weird about writing teenage characters

Recently, I've come to the conclusion- so fucking what, every story that centers around a kid or teen was written by an adult. Maybe I'd tone down the abuse from being as extreme as it was, but ya know.

That being said, I don't intend to update BTM (or any of the other ones) as they are NOW- if I do anything with them, I'll rewrite them, and especially BTM I'd want to write in a different way, bc writing the same chapter 10 different ways was extremely mind numbing and exhausting for me, which is why even when I was active in the fandom it would take me months at a time to write. If I were to rewrite it, I'd definitely write it with a 3rd person omniscient where the pov character changes as needed, but in one story instead of 5.

My writing style has changed so much over the last ~5 years, and tbh my interest has heavily shifted over towards sci-fantasy rather than modern life, and of my old stories Phantom Watchers still has a grip on me. (That being said if/when I (re)write Phantom Watchers, the characters will be aged up from what they were in the original fic). Also I may or may not have a canon multiverse bc of Phantom Watchers but that's neither here nor there.

I do know someone on AO3 is actually writing their own version of BTM, if that might interest you!

For anyone curious, as it stands, the fics I'd be willing to rewrite are:

Phantom Watchers (probably the main one I wanna rewrite, especially now that I'm older and have a few years of worldbuilding under my belt) One Stormy Night on Lakeview Road (same as the last, but with a few major changes to the plot/characters) BTM (already discussed above) Division (but I would probably take them up into college instead of highschool, and change things up. For example I would probably make it where not EVERY one of the Toys is actually a Pazon, bc that would still contribute to the Pazon/Norman self-segregation, and I would probably change up Red a bit bc looking back it feels a little uhhh... yeah)

And for the one I will 100% leave abandoned is "Bunny Tech and Martial Hare" since I was writing that with a friend, of whom I am not friends with anymore, so sorry about that one <3

Even tho I love your fics I totally respect your decision as an author to discontinue them. Do you think you’ll ever reveal the endings for the ones you won’t work on anymore or will that just be a secret for u?

Oh yeah I'll reveal it, I know I always hate wondering what it was meant to be....

So here we go!

BtM:

Since these fics are all connected I'm gonna do it all in one here, but obviously Spring's group and Gold's group were gonna start bonding, obviously- there was gonna be a really fun event where both groups ended up running into each other at Lakeview Park (a park by the lake Spring lives near, in fact he lives basically within sight of the park if it wasn't for fancy rich people fence and bushes and trees) and the ice was gonna be broken between them when Spring accidentally hoses Foxy down with a water gun ("War by the Water," the game they'd mentioned a few times in the story) and Foxy's friends immediately begin laughing at him and making "wet dog" jokes. Gold's group of course set out with the intention of helping or "saving" Spring's group (of course, they're all basically kids so they're in way over their heads and later on Bon's mom even gets on to him for not going to a trusted adult like herself), but genuinely grow to care for them as people and not just victims who need help.

There were gonna be trips (school related, personal group trips etc), group projects, the big reveal to Gold that Spring is fuckin' loaded, Mangle was gonna run away from their parents finally, all the good stuff... oh. Yeah, by the way- Spring and Bon have the same father. That father who Spring loved so much, who he's blamed himself and his mom for the death of? Yeah, emotionally his father but biologically nope. Spring and Bon are half brothers. And yes, Bon's mom (Spring's doctor) actually knows.

Blu also finds out he had an older sister who died when she was ~4 or 5, and... Blu was essentially their replacement baby. He looked like her, he was named after her and when he was a kid his parents forced him to wear traditionally feminine clothes... but of course he wasn't her and his parents hated him for it. Things got worse before they got better ofc. Chii's mother finds out the truth and immediately reports her husband (she takes Chii's side, she might not be observant but she fucking loves her daughter), Foxy's parents agree to help Mangle while their parents are being investigated, Plushie ends up placed in his father's custody after Spring is found unfit to care for a kid by himself (since mom's always gone) and Spring does not cope well, Alfred's mother leaves in the dead of night leaving Alfred completely alone with his father, and Blu's mother in a drunken rage kills Blu's father and tries to kill Blu, too. All this, of course, builds on top of Spring's issues already and he blames himself for not being able to help them.

Spring almost does something irreversible but Gold shows up in time, believing he would need someone since he was all alone and everyone else was trying to deal with their own lives/issues (Mangle and Chii finally being safe and recovering from their traumas, Blu in the hospital, Alfred trapped with his father...). Of course, I'm a firm believer in angst/hurt with a happy ending, so everything turns out alright (Plushie is safely returned to 'his mom's' custody, tho really that means Spring's, after some time, Alfred escapes his father, Blu is discharged from the hospital, etc). The story was supposed to end with high school graduation and a moment of "we survived? Wow okay cool" and while Fred and Gold still go to their fancy school across the country (because they're also rich and can afford to fly back whenever they want to see their respective boyfriends whenever) Bon decides to go to a different school closer by (he had only planned to go to that one because his best friend was going, but now he feels there's a reason to stay). Mangle goes to a local college and Foxy goes to a business school, with plans to take over his mother's business one day, and Chii decides "fuck school" and opens a cafe a few towns over. Chica goes to her fancy culinary school but drops out halfway through the first semester because it's just really ultimately not what she wanted, and she starts working at Chii's cafe which is a huge hit. It's just generally a very feel-good story.

Bonus scenes I'll talk about-

Gold and Spring in his room while Plushie is out with Shafred and the triplets, Spring playing guitar and Gold singing along and watching Spring and then first kiss real cute real sweet I'm-

Mimi is pregnant! And freaking out. Has a heart-to-heart with Mangle. Mimi comes out to Spring as trans- having spent a huge part of his life, especially college time trying to fit in and force himself into a traditionally-feminine role, he finally accepts that it's not who he is. Spring immediately accepts him, and he changes his name to Shabon. By the next day all pictures with "Mimi" have been removed, and Spring has so many plans to replace them with Shabon. Shabon decides that he'll keep the kid anyway. Shabon and Shaf also have a meet-cute during this time, when Shabon goes to pick Plushie up. Like, I don't believe in love at first sight but these two have it. Plushie becomes his triplet best friends' uncle. He has mixed feelings about this.

There's a scary moment on the school's spring trip, where Blu gets too close to a cliff edge to look at something and the ground gives out. Spring catches him but ends up falling, too, and Alfred practically dives to catch them but has absolutely no leverage nor enough strength to pull two people up. Mangle is hanging onto Alfred to keep him from sliding and Chii runs to get help. Gold & Co show up to help along with the adults and everything is okay except man was it terrifying and Blu and Spring are further traumatized

Also fun stuff amongst all the angst, it is basically a teenage love story after all lol

Phantom Watchers -

OKAY SO THIS ONE I do want to continue but I plan to rewrite it and the ending would be completely different. A rewrite of this story would include plots and world building that I made after I started writing the og version, also other characters would be dropped and new characters added. Because I have plans to rewrite this, I'll talk a bit about what the og story would have been.

So the og story was supposed to take place over a period of ~3 years. The first year is the adjustment period, where they begin to learn how to survive on this foreign hostile planet and begin forming their bonds. During this first year they're still holding onto their identities ("Lacatran" "Ursian" "Vulpinian" etc), ideals/beliefs and the idea that they will eventually go home. At some point during this time they would have built their own sort-of huts in the trees similar to how Lacatrans and Ardrawns (two forest-dwelling cultures) build their homes, and stick together by planet with the exception of Red and Blu, who are the only two from their planets and have sort of adopted each other as a pseudo-brother.

Somewhere between the first and the second years, they were going to stop thinking of themselves and each other by their origin planets and, once they begin to accept that not only are they likely not going home but most of them don't even want to go home, they begin breaking a lot of established cultural norms for their own planets and forming friendships and relationships that, if they ever did go back, would not work out long term (for example, Spring and Bon's relationships with Gold and Blu, since Lacatra is in another galaxy that Ursius has no access to and Lapinia and Lacatra are on the verge of war). The second year is when friendships begin turning to something more, houses are built a little more "permanently," steps are taken to ensuring health and survival on the planet and the people who previously did not live in a survivor culture (the Avians, Earthlings, Lapinian and Vulpines) begin to settle into the more community-driven village-type life they were making. Less looking back at the past, more making way for their future. This is also the year that they would have begun to more solidly deal with the "shadow creatures" and blood moons, and would have long since figured out the cycle. They also by this point have figured out what really happened thousands of years ago on this planet and have found the Ancient Teppupian ruins beyond the village they'd found before.

During this time Blu continues having the dreams Nette (the Teppupian) shares with him but he begins to adjust to it and it's mixed in among new dreams that he's never had before.

Eventually, though, Fueller gets bored of the experiment and decides to do his own "experiment"... and reveals the real purpose behind Phantom's Eye; Fueller wants to wipe out life within the galaxy. He has a special powerful weapon that is capable of it. Upon learning this, Bonsha and Shafred defect and team up with Nette, and they bring the group with them and explain everything now. They try to stop Fueller and Blu realizes that the weapon Fueller has is something he himself designed, though it hadn't been a weapon and was 100% theoretical when he made it. Fueller successfully destroys Avia but Blu, having been the one who designed the bastardized weapon Fueller was using, knows its weakness and manages to direct Shafred to hit its weak point, which damages it greatly. Fueller then decides while it's being repaired to make a move against Lapinia, the head of the Galactic Alliance and central to (inter)galactic society.

Between the remains of Avia and Lapinia, a few weeks journey between these two planets, Blu makes a plan and it's revealed that Bonsha is actually a "Lakitan"- that is, he's half Lapinian and half Lacatran. And he's also Blu's half brother. If I had a nickel every time I've used that plot twist I'd have two nickels, but it's weird that it happened twice. He's also the son of General Commander Akrai Cator and while he knew about Blu, Blu didn't know about him, and the reason he was monitoring Blu was to just... keep tabs on him. When Shafred discovered the bug Bonsha saw his chance to get Blu out and took it, figuring Blu stood more chance on Ancient Teppup.

Blu only finds one plan that guarantees success before Phantom's Eye can destroy Lapinia (though Blu has no love for Lapinia or its people, this would cause major issues within the Galactic Alliance and galactic society overall) and he would definitely die to do it. He goes through the plan, has a mini-confrontation with his father (where Blu essentially disowns himself as the General Commander's son), tricks Bon into the teleporter of a ship they stole from his father's hangar so Bon would get to safety (there's a small moment here that shows the people of Lapinia aren't inherently bad, the Lapinian civilians immediately trying to stop Bon when he tries to run out of the shelter he got beamed into so he didn't get himself killed, because the planet is being attacked while waiting for the main weapon to charge up), and Blu uses his stolen ship to take out Fueller's ship and the weapon.

Of course, it's a fake-out death; Nette, who is still mentally linked with Blu, knew about Blu's plan all along and using his far more advanced Teppupian tech (the Teppupians were once the most advanced and strongest race in the two galaxies, even their ruins are far beyond what Lapinia can understand) to save Blu at the last moment, something that should have been impossible externally.

So overall it was meant to be a very bittersweet ending; the main cast all survived, Avia was gone (leaving our gals Chii and Chica with nowhere to go back to), Lapinia was severely damaged and had a lot of repairs to make (the planet itself is basically covered in a metal shell, damage to the shell could destabilize the entire planet)... Upon everyone deciding they really have nothing to go back for (Red having been declared dead near the beginning of the story due to the conditions on his planet and no way to go back because of beliefs/superstitions held by the people, Blu having disowned himself and being declared dead after the explosions everyone knew he was in, the others all a mixture of "nothing worth going back for" and "don't have a future there" etc etc (Bonsha and Shafred did not choose these people at random), and Bon knowing damn well if he chose to go back he'd have to give a lot of things up (one of which being Blu, who as a Lapinian would never be welcome on Lacatra), Nette then takes them to... New Teppup. There aren't many Teppupians left and the planet is more like a safe haven for refugees and runaways from other planets, a mixture of different cultures coexisting much like Earth, and they settle down there to make a comfortable and happy life for themselves as their own family, of sorts.

It was gonna be very dramatic and bittersweet lol. Also fun fact, it was supposed to be a trilogy; I already had two sequels planned, but the changes I've made to my rewrite means these sequels no longer work.

Division -

This story is one I would like to continue, but I intend to age the characters up so it's no longer a highschool story. How I'm gonna do this, not 100% sure but I still love this story and don't wish to give it up so, I won't expose the ending for it cuz the ending is not gonna change much. Some events and plot points that I had planned won't happen, of course, but overall the story is gonna be much the same.

Bunny Tech & Martial Hare -

I actually don't know how this was supposed to end! It was a hero AU based around technology instead of magic/physiological mutation, and Spring was a victim of experimentation as a kid and at one point became an enemy but eventually switched to Blu & Bon's side. But beyond that one plot point, I don't 100% know what the story was gonna be about other than a typical highschool heroes story. It was gonna be episodic (written in arcs/episodes with a villain-of-the-week type deal) and my friend (who was the person really writing it, I was just the one writing it down) basically was telling me as we went, but as I said in the other post she and I are no longer on speaking terms so I can't even ask her what the plan ultimately was.

One Stormy Night -

See Division! I also have some things I want to rework, but overall it's gonna stay mostly the same. Like, I don't think there are any major plot points I'll change, but the vamps' ages when they were turned will be upped a bit to early/mid twenties. Sorry, not revealing what was up with Arden or what really happened to the vamps ;)

So I've been doing some thinking recently, and I've made a decision pertaining to my fics. Like many lgtb+ members of the fandom I'm no longer comfortable interacting or being associated with the media.

Like many others, my characters have sort of grown into their own and I feel that these characters are mine, I have them names and personalities and life. Even if I need to rework some of their designs.

That being said, as for my fics- a few different things have changed since I started writing them.

BtM- I was 19/20 when I started this story, and in school myself. I'm now 26, out of school and working a full time job. The way I chose to write this... well, that aside, this story had topics that, as an adult closer to 30 than my teens, I'm no longer comfortable writing in regards to teenage characters. Unfortunately, because of the setting and said themes, it's not a story I can simply age the characters up and go from there. So it is highly unlikely that I will continue this story.

One Stormy Night- still a fun story! One that I'd like to continue, with a few revamps (no pun intended lol). Ultimately, I do want to continue this one but I want to do some rework first.

Division- also one I want to rework, because this one also suffers from my recent reluctance to write about teenage characters.... but still a story I ultimately enjoy and don't wish to end yet.

Bunny Tech & Martial Hare- the person I was writing this with and I are no longer friends for personal reasons, so this one won't be continued.

PW- This one. This one I fucking love and has spawned so many AUs, characters and stories. In fact, because of this story I have established a canon multiverse! I've done so much world building, from cultures to languages to histories to religions. That being said, the PW story I have posted is probably the least interesting of the PW universes I have so while I want to continue, I want to rewrite it with the changes and deeper world building and plots I have in other AUs. It'll be a completely unique and original world and most characters will either be new or unrecognizable and sporting new names. Sadly, in that vein, I will also drop a few of the characters, but alas.

So pretty much the bottom line is some of them I am officially discontinuing, some of them I am reworking, but overall I'm leaving the unmentioned fandom officially and will now focus on the worlds I've created from my years here. I know a lot of people who follow me will be disappointed but I've decided I need to do what's best for me. I won't delete my old stuff but I will most likely be making a new account going forward, and sadly I will probably be leaving the life of Mazanica behind. It's been a fun ride but I'm ready for my own adventures. Thanks for everything ❤

They're minpins, a friend from work's dog had puppies unexpectedly (she was older and they didn't think she could even have puppies anymore) and she wanted them to go to a good home, so she asked us if we wanted one and we took both lol. We love them very much uwu
