it is crazy to me that Ibrahim’s ideal person to project onto and relive childhood vicariously through is his daughter whose best circumstances would be entirely different than his own best circumstances as a free man because of the way society treats both gender. Even if weaker than the "all mehmets die" curse, I just realized, while remembering Farya had twins, that there's also the "all the twins must lose their mother" rule (Ibro&Nico and Sofia, Huri&Osman and Hatice, Selim&Suleyman and Farya), tho the exception is Kosem who died old and after one of her twins' (Ibrahim's) death, and this doesn't include the triplets either, soo it's not half as powerful as the mehmet one, just an interesting patron!

Also, in the case of these we see as adults, one of the twins will die and the other, as far as we know, will survive: Ibrahim, Huricihan and Ibrahim (again) die, while Nico, Osman and Atike end up living far from the palace.
