çïdër - $65 - 🧬 - very hard to communicate to the in app customer service. eventually they offered me a store credit refund that i declined, and they gave a full money refund
šëphörä - $50 - damaged items/spill - live chat required me to take an image of the item, i smeared mayo all over the inside of the box and it worked :) offered a choice between a gift card and a full refund
hñm - $23 - 🛒 - with friends so didn’t do much, removed rfïd in changing rooms and was out unbeeped, near zero łp/security
ŵïłdfłöŵër čäšëš - $73 - order protection claim: tracking not moving (didn’t work, they just gave me a new tracking link) + 🧬 (worked, same order) - honestly i got impatient of waiting and took advantage of the fact that the tracking on both the carrier and ŵf website hasn’t been updated for 3 days. order protection cs just sent me a new working tracking link soo that failed lol! i was feeling brave so i contacted cs again after my package arrived, claimed 🧬 (took a little bit of convincing but honestly reasonable since i lied twice), cs told me to wait and refunded me in two days :)
hñm - $26 - 🧬 - they refunded even though i told them it arrived? confusing but it worked out in the end (originally when i tried 🧬 they emailed me saying they were gonna investigate with carrier. was not going to risk it for something this cheap so i just told them it arrived lol)
šëphörä - $12 - 🛒 - impulse łŷft because it was a huge shop in a huge mall with no security towers, i felt like i was a little sloppy this time though so i left asap not gonna go back until i look completely different
łïż łïšä - $120 - eb - made me file a police report, and i’m currently trying to ask them to give me another method besides involving government services. one of the hardest disputes i’ve ever fought, which was surprising since päypäł is usually easy 🥲 (originally doing it via päypäł since it’s more reliable + email cs is not really responsive, they told me to make a phone call and wait 1 week, but łïż łïšä fought the 🧬 dispute. i was feeling brave so i claimed eb and blamed them for being scammers and having an inconsistent story, and päypäł said they might need an unbiased police report (i call bs tbh (edit i was wrong)), łïż łïšä emailed me for images of the box to investigate.)
täöbäö aged account - $133 - 🧬 - this was a legit purchase from a few months ago, but since i was down on funds i contacted the čäïñïäö (täöbäö’s official delivery carrier, similar to ämäžöñ) customer service that the package was marked as claimed/delivered when i never received the package. cs said they would look into it, and confirmed they will refund the full amount of all products in the place of the seller if they can’t find the package in their system.
