WHAT I HAVE LEARNT WITH MY JOURNEY WITH LOA (law of assumption/ manifestion)

firstly, i used to be so stubborn with thinking i couldn’t get what I want and it was all in my head and i am just ‘stupid’ for believing in the loa. i was so caught up with thinking once i am ‘prettier’ I will be more confident or once i manifest more money i won’t care about anything because i have money. i then continued on a repeated cycle where I would meditate every day of a manifestion mediation to manifest my dream life, but i did it for MONTHS and nothing happened. i felt stupid for believing something would happen but i then realised it was because i gave my dream life the separation from my current life. when i realised this, i then tried to think of strategies i can use to stop seperating my desires like it isn’t already here. i then realised, in order for me to think like the person who already has it, i then have to change my thought patterns.

i did this by setting an intention in the morning saying ‘i am conscious of every single thought i have today’ i then go about my day knowing this in the back of my mind, so when a thought pops up that says ‘you can’t actually get what you want it’s all in your head’ or something along the lines of some sort of limiting beliefs, i then take 3 deep breathes and quickly remind myself that this thought is not true. i then entertain my thoughts of me in my desired life. i think what i am doing, how am i presenting myself to people, how am i walking, i am i dressing etc. i even made up a fake name for my alter ego so i can feel more confident that i am in my desired reality. once i continued to keep on changing old thought patterns, i then created a new self concept that brought me confidence and self love. i then had everything staring to conform right in front of my eyes of what i have wanted from the past year. I moved to my desired school, i gained confidence, i got clear skin, i have my desired face, and so much more.

i just had a really massive realisation that you guys probably already know from this community but imma share it any way because it really sank in with me.

every single thought and belief that is in your subconscious mind is literally a mirror of EVERYTHING you are seeing right now. read it again. let it skin and realise your surroundings, what you have experienced and felt today. everything you have felt and experienced has been a manifestation from your subconscious. in fact, this very post on your phone you are looking at right now is a reflection from your thoughts that manifested somehow through your subconscious. this is because you have manifested every single thing in your life. big or small, negative or positive. now realise that it doesn’t matter what is your current reality (3D) is showing you because what is are seeing is a reflection of past thoughts/beliefs. everything your are looking at is a mirror and has no choice but to conform into your reality if it “didn’t work” it’s because you allowed your self to say it “didn’t work” therefore manifesting that state of not having what you want.

HOW TO LEARN TO BE MORE DELUSIONAL WHEN MANIFESTING

firstly, i don’t even know if i like the word *delusional* because in reality it isn’t really being delusional bc u already have it. ANYWAYS I DONT WANNA COMPLICATE ANYTHING SOO

just literally entertain random thoughts like you already have it until it becomes natural. for example, you want to be photogenic. what you would do, go about your today, but as you are doing random tasks of your day think, “omg i am so photogenic” “wow i really do know how to pose” “i am so happy how i look flawless at every angle” etc. don’t force it though. Do it when it feels fun to do it to not hold any attachment.

i thinks that’s pretty much it but i might edit this later, and give it more detail, im just really tired atm so im just typing whatever comes to me in the moment.

GUYS WTF i just literally manifested weather i’m shocked bye

so basically i was just writing a to do list and i wanted to go for a walk tomorrow but my town is experiencing severe storms just on a off and everyone knew that there was gonna be a storm tomorrow. but i randomly was like but i wanna go on a bike ride so then i just visualised myself at the end of my day laying in grass in the sun for literally like 10 seconds and just knew that this was my reality. and then i COMPLETELY forgot I manifested it and i woke up this morning to sunny weather with no clouds.

hey it’s me again ♡

so basically, create a playlist of songs that fit with the aesthetic of your desired reality of having for example, an sp (specific person) you’d then create a playlist of love songs and feel love in your heart of being loved by your sp and being with them.

then if you want, just jam out to these songs and dance and sing to them and really feeling these songs through your whole existence and feelings this desire is yours and you are singing/dancing them into existence.

what you can also do is while listening to your playlist, is go on pinterest and pin pictures of people that look like you in your desired reality. then basically gaslight yourself into thinking that is you in those images and you are just gathering recent pictures of you from a week ago into an album for memories.
