So I just realized how Odyssey starts.

So remember during the Switch Presentation when it was first announced we saw Bowser step on Mario’s hat?

So I was watching the Mario trailer today for E3 and noticed something when they were in the “intro” level I can assume.

That looks like the gates to a cemetery right? Like a little bit, because it’s all dark, dreary, and spooky. THEN I REALIZED WHAT CAPPY’S NORMAL FORM LOOKS LIKE.

HE LOOKS LIKE A GHOST, AND THEN HE PROCEEDS TO TURN INTO MARIO’S HAT. WHICH LOOKED DESTROYED BEFOREHAND.

SO BASICALLY, MARIO WAS SO SAD HIS HAT FUCKING DIED. THAT HE WAS ABOUT TO BURY IT AT A HAT CEMETERY. CAPPY DECIDED “MAN I DON’T FIT ON YOUR HEAD, LETS JUST FIX YOUR HAT UP” AND NOW MARIO HAS A HAT BUDDY TO BEAT BOWSER’S SHIT IN.

BEST STORY 10/10 WOULD BUY INSTANTLY.
