ok so basically she’s originally from los angeles (far, i know) where she lived with her rly wealthy parents

she met a boy (ooo) but he wasnt just any Boy . he was a bad boiiiii and sweet and innocent melody became slightly less innocent. started doing drugs and havin sex and going to parties all to impress her boyfriend. he was her world, as long as she had him she didnt need anything else. her parents definitely didnt approve

they finally kicked her out and disowned her once they found out she got a tattoo of his name (cedric) on her collarbone cuz shes (!!!!!!!!!) dumb and innocent

so she moved in with him and he’s a drug dealer btw

so they needed to relocate to another state because of the feds so they came to portland because he has connections there. 

it became clear that cedric was cheating, and when melo would try to confront him about it he would get extremely violent. she stayed in the relationship for two more years, at that point they had been dating for four years.

once she literally walked in on cedric having sex with another girl that was it for her. 

she got a job as a bartender at some sketchy bar and has been working there ever since, and she’s just trying to get over her ex.

now she lives in a crappy apartment and doesnt have a penny in her name.

she always compares guys to cedric because he’s the only person she believes she’s truly loved. also he’s the only guy she’s ever slept with.

anyways she’s a big gullible innocent baby who is hung up on some scumbag and is just trying to get out of her current situation !!!
