The holidays were almost upon them which meant Sade had to get creative with the menu she was putting together at the restaurant and for her own holiday parties. Which also meant, they were on the receiving end of a lot of new ideas. "I promise this is the last one...okay, maybe not the last one, but then we can do whatever you want. I swear. And you have to be honest, don't lie to me to make me feel better."

Nova slumps into the chair, groaning audibly. What turned from a passing greeting to her coworker quickly devolved into a full blown tasting menu. "I swear you're doing this on purpose. Stuff my mouth with food so I get bloated and I can't work on my own dishes and you get the promotion." Despite this, they reach over to get a forkful of their dish, humming in content. "I think bringing out the garlic more could really round the dish. But it's yummy and cozy. Perfect for the holidays."

“you mistake me for serena williams. the most i can do is stun them and we can run away." yoona then nudges cyrus’ shoulder. “what about you?! i don’t see you rushing to protect us!”

It had been a while since high school. Rhett expected to see people from his past but not him. Jacob. For a moment he froze but shook it off. He wasn’t in the closet anymore and worked too damn hard to be scared of interactions like this. As the other walked over he could see the surprise all over his face.

“Yea, long time no see indeed. I could say the same to you. How have you been?”

"I've been doing good." Jacob leans against the nearest horizontal surface. Despite the years that have passed, it feels like things haven't changed. Well, except for the fact they're at Pride, of all places. "Getting things going. Opening up a bakery and all. How have you been?"
