100. The fact that you are worth it.
You can take on whatever you are going through for the next ten seconds, right?
Well, imagine this: It works in increments of ten seconds.
Count to ten, and then you can start over.
Whatever happened in the previous ten seconds is in the past- these are a new ten seconds that you can take on.
Even if you haven’t reached these points in your life, or haven’t experienced these, remember that you can make these your goal, and you’ll be able to. Make small goals that keep you going every single day. My current goal is to make it to the end of my fall Journalism class. My next goal is to make it to the end of Freshman year.
Just small things that’ll keep you feeling like you’re getting something done with your life, if you imagine that all other hope is lost.
Please remember that you deserve to live. Everyone does. You were placed here for a reason. You were the sperm that won out of hundreds of thousands of others. If you feel like you haven’t done anything, remember that you are a literal champion for that exact reason, and most likely many others.
