Sitting in my animal bio lecture, we've gotten to birds. All I can think of is writing a wing fic.
Anyways Scott should be a hummingbird. Cleo is a fucked up owl. Pearl is a cuckoo. BigB is a vulture.
This is real and true and you should say it. And I will assign them specific species later
Loved that moment when Zloy Zlorbed all over the R3SPAWN server
Alternative caption: Raising the dead is our religion
Northern bald ibis (Geronticus eremita)
Photographer: dfaulder
The Northern bald ibis is also colloquially known as the hermit ibis
got bit by the parkour civilization bug
red-and-yellow barbet (Trachyphonus erythrocephalus)
Photographer: Nathan Rupert
I know nothing about this guy but the art was sick af so I had to assign him the most clown-looking bird I know.
watcher grian
laughing dove (Spilopelia senegalensis)

Hi new followers!
I do in fact take requests, I’ll even assign you a bird based on vibes!
mcyt fans will see an unrelated post and be like “ohmygoodness...this reminds me of how shittyfartbaby69 and penisunavailable were during the minecraft electric chair execution scene🥺”
shittyfartbaby69 is a drab seedeater (Sporophila simplex)
Photographer: Nick Athanas
penisunavailable is a Clark's nutcracker (Nucifraga columbiana)

Hold up I’m boutta do the funniest post I’ve ever made
I genuinely hope this feature never gets removed because I love having him pop up when I'm trying to find something to watch. thanks for the little bird, techno
despite it all he still manages to show up when I'm a little too in my head and somehow makes me feel at least a bit better
South Philippine Dwarf Kingfisher (Ceyx mindanensis)
Photographer: Miguel De Leon
The first time a fledgling of this species has ever been photographed was in 2020!
feast my fellow owl enthusiasts
VERDICT: CORRECT
Also there will be new birb assignments and content soon :)
Yes, I enabled booping. Yes I will boop back and it will expose my main account probably. No I definitely don’t care about my months long secret plan to hide this blog from my friends being blown to smithereens by booping
vampire ground finch (Geospiza septentrionalis)
This bird is most famous for its unusual choice in diet—the blood of other birds.
Be brave make Grian a Pelican
The Kingfisher is nice and all but pelican
Do it I dare you
[#80] This just in: we're receiving reports that a new fad is taking the nation by storm. Its name? Jorts
Taiwan blue magpie (Urocissa caerulea)
If a bird wore jorts he would wear them like this
female rage
red kite (Milvus milvus)
listen listen, I adore the parrot grian headcanons and fanart and fics probably more than the next person, but I feel like we're missing a trick here.
Grian should be a Starling.
Hear me out.
native to England (fits Grian cause he's English)
their plumage is black with a metallic sheen to it, causing their feathers to shimmer when the light hits them correctly
extremely gifted at mimicry (there are so many videos of starlings mimicing everything from R2DR from star wars to theme songs)
their nests are comically untidy, and they roost in both natural and artificial cavities (fits with his build themes a lot, and his chest monsters)
very social birds
very talented at aerial displays, their flight patterns are often coordinated with other starlings
they're passerine's, meaning they're perching birds
they have dense plumage, meaning they bathe a lot and have been seen having an affinity for water and enjoying it
they're songbirds
they're prey to peregrines, but have similar aerial capabilities so often (since they move in flocks) make escapes by simply outflying the fastest animal on the planet
highly intelligent birds
and just to add
starling propaganda
mcyt-as-birds approved!
