I’ve been dming with beth for about 2 hours. it’s gonna get rectified the article. she claims her answer to that question was very very different and that she actually mentioned that black players need more opportunities. but damage is done now and yeah, no sweeping this under the rug. her team needs to have a good look at what went wrong with this journalist and the interview, but for what it’s worth she doesn’t agree and actually believe in what was put out there as her word on the matter. as an arsenal fan and fan of her personally that feels good to know.
