I got to play some Battletech today and took the Clan Invasion Star. And despite being out numbered 2:1 Clan Wolf did a sterling job. The highlight of the game for me being a badly wounded Mongrel sniping the head clean off the Marauder 2 with its ER PPC.

And finally I was surprised with this belated present! A giant Timberwolf! I’m looking forward to painting it up and might test out the chipping medium on it.

"Nova" OmniMech, Prime configuration. MountainLine pattern with different colorshift paints.

Someone thought it was a good idea to mount enough lasers to instantly overheat and thermal-shutdown the mech if you fired them all at once.

If they were mixed with Large and Small lasers you could fire whatever's suitable for the range you're at and save heat... But all 12 are Mediums. So what gives?
