Sorting the house and I found these gems.
Hey all, I’m still struggling with stuff IRL.
If you know you know.
If you don’t then you can always swing by my inbox.
I hope that I can be back to my old posting self soon.

Love you all and I look forward to chatting properly again soon.
Thanks to @petepaintswarhammer I can now turn the knob up to 11, break it off and eat the remains..

I just need to get this on the screen of the computer terminal… Even in 40k I bet all machines can run Doom…
Heck… they probably think that’s how you cleanse a machine spirit…
Hmmm…. Can someone talented draw a tech priest playing Doom mid-battle thinking it will cleanse the demon from a Defiler..?
“My cogitator has been infested by demons! Unleash the Omnissiah’s champion to scour them from the noosphere! *Rip and Tear begins to play.*
“We must purge that machine of warp taint! Transmitting the Champion with instructions to be released on reception!” *Defiler gets blasted by a nonexistent shotgun from the inside out* “Praise the Omnissiah’s greatest avatar, may he bring death to the horrors of the warp!”
Thank you ChatGPT
I live!
I’ll update properly in a bit but I have a fair few models to post picks of.. 1 or 2…
This week I decided to build some models, and I ended up building quite a lot!
First, I assembled two units of 10 Chainrasp Hordes for my Nighthaunt Procession. For the leaders of each unit, I did some minor conversion work on the weapons just to give a bit of variety across the units. As they were the easy-to-build kits, I managed to get both units built pretty quickly.
Next, I assembled Lady Olynder. The kit was a bit fiddly to build, particularly the vines which wrap round her body. She is also extremely fragile, I’ll need to be careful when painting not to break any bits off.
I then built a unit of five Grimghast Reapers. This was the second unit of five in my collection, so I could also field them as a single unit of ten.
A unit of ten (or two units of five) Bladegheist Revenants was next, they are really cool models with their longswords.
After all of the troops and elite units, I needed a change of pace so I started on the mighty Mortis Engine. This kit was a beast to build, it took me all day yesterday. Most of that time was spent cleaning mould lines off, as they were quite prominent. I think my particular kit was a bit older too, as it was made from the harder, more brittle grey plastic that GW dabbled with a few years ago, before switching back to the softer stuff. I’ve kept it in multiple sub assemblies to let me paint it easier.
Finally, I built the Scriptor Mortis, which was an absolute joy to assemble. It’s clear this is a more modern Nighthaunt kit, as the pieces fit together so precisely with zero join lines, and there were practically no mould lines to clean off.
All that building means I assembled thirty eight models (including the massive Mortis Engine) over the last few days, a decent return in my opinion!
It also means I’ve built the entirety of my remaining Nighthaunt collection.
Next up I’m going to start basing them all today, and then it will be time for priming.
Happy Hobbying!

That model looks like hell to paint 🤣
But it'll look epic after you put it to the brush, mate 😊
My thoughts exactly dude 😂. The thought of highlighting all of the ethereal flames/smoke is making me want to cry.
And this ☝️ is why I’m a deviant that paints on sprue.
I like Gundam ok!
Posed in close combat with a rival dreadnought or the like, he'll look like he's throwing a punch and stomping over rubble to get close enough to throw said punch.
Posed alone, he looks downright jolly. "Oh, boy, here I go killing again!"
Now to return him to sub-assemblies and work on adding pteruges and tassets.
Or going for a fist bump..?

Picked up the Warhammer + subscriber miniatures at the weekend from GW Glasgow. Both are awesome miniatures and I have plans to add them to armies in the future.
