+PRE-RP LORE Snapshot of John Jones. American moved to Italy to study Medicine. Actually named "Julien" but earned the nickname "Giulio" from friends after hearing his name mispronounced many times and wanting to settle on an easier name. Originally just Doctor of Medicine but began specializing in other medical camps upon arriving to the island in Ch1s4 as he noticed a distinct lack of many different positions. Came to know the face of most doctors on the island but eventually joined Field Surgeon and Remedy forming the "Support Squadron", a trio of medics helping around the island. Triage would first follow Field Surgeon and Remedy's steps before realizing the two actually followed a policy of only helping "those who deserve it", which showed to be marginalizing for people who were considered "bad" or threats to the island. This clashed with Triage's policy of "there's no good or evil when you step into my clinic asking for help" which prompted him to first rebel inside the group, causing Field Surgeon and Remedy to get against him, and eventually leaving the Support Squadron after a particularly bad argument. In Helios he began growing extremely paranoid for assumingly no reason before realizing Saskia, an assassin sent by Field Surgeon and Remedy themselves, was following his every step looking for a good moment to take him down. This event lead to a moment where Triage had to confront Saskia and fight her as she tries to kill him, ending in Triage accidentally killing Saskia in the attempt to protect himself. He tries to pass it as a moment of toughness but is actually haunted by the thought of him actually being the reason someone died.

+IN-RP LORE: He was hired by Society allies as a personal trustee medic and was called in many times to aid a tortured Vengeance Jones (@/islands-vengeance) during or after interrogations just so they knew he'd be able to be tortured again. Despite the situation Triage managed to form a close friendship bond with Vengeance, gaining enough trust to become the first ever person Vengeance would (still very hesitantly) willingly approach when he'd need help becoming the Doctor's shadow and rumor has it some of Vengeance's crimes were done as a way to repay Triage for the care he had shown to the big guy. Triage never stopped his "neutrality in the clinic" policy which brought him to aid a wounded Zeus and eventually fall for the man, somehow managing to calm Zeus' eternal thirst for anything that moves and marrying him. Lost an eye after trying to aid a corrupted Raz who couldn't control his corruption and attacked Triage. Lost his Rescue Station after being thrown in Apollo but eventually gaining a new clinic in the Reality Warriors' blimp thanks to Jones (@/officialjohnjones) giving him a room to settle it. Was responsible for the creation of a cure for Rift Sickness which saved Evie (@/long-live-evie) and Empress Mizuki (@/empress-mizuki), while also being able to help Subject 0204 (@/jonesynchains) come to conclusion his rift energy could hurt people around him if he wouldn't learn to control it. Adopted a young orphan named Deimos which was later discovered to be a human-oni hybrid who had lost his parents (Oni mother, Human father) due to Oni hunters. *Evie had not come out of her and Jones' room for approximately 22 hours straight, not even for food. Snacks had been all she was able to keep down thanks to sheer anxiety. But she had to get back on duty... and before she did that, she had to understand her situation.

Triage should be off his shift right now, Peely had the final rotation. Evie shot off a text to the medic, making sure it didn't give anything away. Just in case their messages were being read as well.*

Hey, Triage! Can I borrow you for a checkup? I've been resting up and I want to be sure I'm clear to go back!

*She couldn't risk the "Visitor" finding out about this too soon... It was probably inevitable, but she didn't want him to have that information on her this quickly.*

"Of course! Come up to clinic as soon as your ready!"

*He proceeded to give a quick clean to everything until Evie appeared to the door, his usual smile on his face, knowing well that the slight eyebags under his eyes snitched on him about his sleep schedule. Fortunately it wasn't as bad as what he had seen on Evie, so that still gave him some extra authority other than being the medic.

Giving a quick glance at Evie, his brain could tell something was already off. It wasn't the signs of recovering exhaustion or the noticeable loss of weight...but something else...something about her abdomen. He should have tried to understand if she also felt off.*

*Guernsey had answered FAST, and thankfully couldn't hear the quiet growling in the background as Joey kept his teeth in Venge's shoulder. His lightning filled eyes also had malice in them now; anger. He's feel awful for this when he had any grasp on reality, but for now? Venge was enemy number one for keeping him away from his writings.*
