The Bogle Gel Doll in the KDrama ‘Goblin’

What activities do you have while you crochet your work? I like to watch TV series, or maybe just enjoy the music. For now, I'm addicted to the Kdrama ‘Goblin’ very much. It's fun, funny and sad. The mascot in this so cute so I do the pattern to share with you.

Material

1. Acrylic yarns 4 ply. (Color A : Head, arms and legs, Color B : Hood, horns  and body) I suggest the eagle yarn no.126 and no.806 2. 2.5 - 3.5 mm crochet hook (US size C/2 - E/4). 3. 2 black beads 4 mm. for eyes. 4. Embroidery thread (brown and pink). 5. Fiberfill stuffing. 6. Felt (brown, pink) 7. Yarn needle, sewing needle, scissors.

PATTERN A DUCKLING MINIPURSE.

Materials:

Cotton yarn 4 ply yellow 50 g. (for body), orange (for mouth), blue (for bow) and black (for hat).

2.5 (US 1 1/2) hook.

3.5 or 3.75 mm. (US 4 or 5) hook.

2 black beads (6 mm in diameter).

Embroidery yarns.

Magnet button.

Abbreviations:

chain (ch)

slip stitch (sl)

single crochet (sc)

decrease (dec)

double crochet (dc)

Finish size:  Approximately 5 inches wide x  3 3/4 inches tall.

Instructions:

Bag (make 1)

Start : start : With yellow (double yarns calling for 3.75 hook), ch 21

Rnd 1 : 1 sc in second ch from hook; work 1 sc in next 18 ch; work 3 sc in last ch; turn corner; working in opposite side of ch, work 1 sc in next 18 sts; work 2 sc in same ch as first sc of this rnd; sl to join. Do not turn. [56]

Rnd 2-16 : ch1, sc around, sl to join. [56]

Rnd 17 : sl 18, ch 3 in st 19, sl 17, sl to join. [56]

Fasten off, weave in yarn end.

Rnd 2-6 : ch1, sc around, sl to join. [16]

Rnd 7 : With blue, ch1, sc around, sl to join. [16]

Rnd 8 : With black, ch1, [sc 1,inc] x 4, turn. [12]

Rnd 9 : sl in next 12 sts. [12]

Fasten off, Leave approx. 10 inches. sew to the bag.

Assembly: 

1. Crochet each element (bag, mouth, bow and hat)

2. Sew the mouth in the middle of the bag (~ 9 rnd, 8-14 sts).

3. Sew the ears over the mouth left and right (rnd 10, 1 st).

4. Thread a yarn needle with embroidery floss(6 strands) and embroider the cheeks (2 sts from mouth).

5. Sew the bow up the mouth 2 sts.

6. Crochet chain 3 (2 times) in the middle of Rnd 17.

7. Sew the hat in right position onto the bag.

8. Sew the magnet button in right position inside the bag.

9. Maybe attach the cute fabric keychain.
