I liked the concept so I made a Meemoo version. It sends an image from the webcam, makes it a jpg, then sends it through seven jpg glitch modules, piling up glitches, each sending their version to the animation. Then you can click "make gif."

You can also send an image from your computer or mobile.

The glitches are random, so every time will be different.
