Hottake but most if not all canon character x Cobs ships make no sense and mischaracterize Cobs as a whole

I.E I genuinely hate Fancobs, Ballcobs, etc.

Cobs wouldn't fall in love with any of Mephones creations, one because he doesn't see them as people and two it's because they're made by MEPHONE.
