Happy birthday to my sweet Heli.

This year is the first time my avocado tree have been blooming and today is the day, the very first flower has fully bloomed, i'm thinking of you and send you much love my Heli, as tiny and precious as this flower.

I'm still quite into Hanakotoba the western version too and flowers in general, yours would have been Gardenia (with blooms in June, just like Hani's birthday), meaning " I am very happy' and "bringing joy" wish I think is very fitting cause you have bring me so so much happiness in my darkest day and i'm sorry I have failed you but you m'y dear were the greatest treasure I ever had and made me the happiest ever simply by existing. I am deeply thankful for your existence...

Another flower linked to you my dearest is Bletilla Striata, also called Hyacinth orchid, a kind of orchid. With the meaning of orchid being "beautiful lady" and "elegant", this particular one also means "unchanging love" and "I will never forget you", which I think is perfectly fitting for my thoughts of you. I will never forget you and never stop loving you. You are my light and have all my heart with you.

Found some old drawings I did back in 2020-2022

It's been so long since i draw in my chibi style I kinda miss it and wanna try it again 🥲

But I do believe I can do better realism now, not perfect nor great but better 🙃

I have to add the eyebrows and then see what colours to choose for the eyes (and make them), add the lashes and the faceup will be done. I'm absolutely not mentally ready to make the body, i'll have to sew it but without forgetting I have to get it back on the porcelaine parts 🥲

I've finally got an idea for the dress too but I fear I might be a bit too ambitious and not have the skills to do it but oh well it'll be a futur me problem not mine 😶‍🌫️

(just so you know I got the inspiration from the musical "le roi soleil" from the king's first love dress in the old version 👀)

Found an old fanart I did of Julith from the movie Dofus (highly recommend watching it and also the other works of Ankama animation), I'm trying to find the speed paint of it but I only got the tiktok video on my old account 🥲

I'm a bit unwell so I didn't really got to work on my dolls, hopefully I'll get better soon and be able to show you my progress 🙂‍↕️

Result of the painting of the medium and large doll, the large one look so pale and dead without the hair and the makeup 🫥😅

But it's gonna get better, I already started to put some makeup on her, i'll be making some white lashes for her tomorrow and try to make some eyes too (not sure for the colour of it yet, if you have any idea let me know).

Also i'll be braiding her hair to get the wavy effect and get a better idea of the whole look ( i'm pretending so hard that the body and clothes are not a real thing right now, i have no idea what to do 🙃)

For the medium doll I have a very specific makeup in mind but I need to varnish the doll first so we will get to it later 🙌

I've finished the wig for my doll, for a first time it's ok but I'll have to stylize it a bit, I'm hesitating between waves or curls, but I think I'll try waves first and see how it looks.

For now some pics of my cat, he looks so silly in the last one 🥹

Started working on my dolls tonight, on the left the painted version of my tallest one, on the right the before.

The tallest will be inspired by the Gothic art style, so lot of details and mainly white (which is why the skin colours is so light), maybe perls and lace, if i can i'll also add an umbrella or a hat or even a veil to complet the look.

The medium one will be a bit tan and in a victorian style, in dark chocolate/ brown or black colours, curly and long red hairs and maybe yellow eyes.

Maybe a black cat to go with her, si that my baby is somewhere in my art once again.

And lastly the smallest one, as i don't have any more white paint I can't continue it but it'll be a kind of Pierrot. With some light blue touches, a baby doll dress, a big strawberry collar (is that even how you call it in english ? 😅)maybe inspired by the ones from 1576-1578 depending on my capacity to make one.

Not sure if i'll keep the clothes in black and white or put some blues into it too, if you have any suggestions I'll take it.

Now I'll try to draw them to show you what I mean but i'm so excited to finally make those dolls 🙌😽

Last night dîner, mashed potatoes (a mix of my uncle's and Robuchon's recipes) with duck brest with honey and balsamic vinegar sauce and a nice cup of tea with a crème brulée-apple pie.

Ofc the baby had his share of duck even if he woke me up too early in the morning 🫥🙃

I'm still working on my dolls but I can't find m'y paint for the airbrush so i'm kinda stuck 😅

But hopefully, i'll be drawing and customizing dolls soon again, i've also finally décide on my taller one's design and can't wait to do it ! 😽

The new year started with a nice dîner and a cake for my son and I, hope you'll all have an amazing year, much love 😽

Also I plan on buying/ making more bow ties for this (not so) little panther, he just looks do fabulous in it
