Earlier this month, I met with Mia for a Halloween/witch themed afternoon tea at the Royal Park Hotel, and I decided to create a look based on the theme and colours of the food. It was raining that day, so I opted for my only pair of waterproof boots.Before going to the hotel, we met at Kissako Kaiseiken, a kissa that exists since 1919.
