Hallo! Some of mein patients keep asking to have access to social media, so I figured I'd make one. I don't want them to be unsupervised... So this account is mostly for mein patients that want news and for the things they wanna say!

Of course. Our asylum is rather large considering the amount of patients we have. We can fit up to 200 people here, but we like to at most have 15 people, since employees-wise, it's just me and the nurses.

“ Oi, I'm the person who stole your meds. I wanted to apologize but I think it's too late, I swallowed them all at this ponto and I think you will not catch me, well, not alive. Goodbye. ” — ????
Oh dear.
...
At the very least, you could write a note before you die saying that I had nothing to do with your death.
Do you have a patient by the name of "Mick Mundy"? And if so, what sort of issues do you deal with regarding to him?
Oh, ja. Herr Mundy was initially brought in as a result of being a hoarder. He was supposed to someone that could have a quick checkup once in a while, but otherwise independent.
...
But once he actually got there, we realized he was an absolute recluse. Had no concept of people beyond who he had met during his childhood. So he mostly stays here. We try to get him to talk to new people weekly, but he's very skiddish... I also have reasons to believe he likes to pick fights with people so that he gets more alone time.
Herr Mundy is certainly the more tame of the bunch. He's not there full time like a majority of our patients, but we make him partake in a lot of the activities we have the patients do.
You also have to consider that we're the only place to go to for anything remotely related to mental health, like screening, diagnoses, prescriptions, and the like... Thankfully the nurses are fully qualified psychologists as well, so I could spend my entire focus on the patients that are institutionalized.

I had to forbid group time from the patients, because Jane has spread a delusion that they're mercenaries at war. They're very receptive to this delusion.
Just as I was making progress with some of them. One of my nurses even got hit in the face!
"Oh yeah? Gotta expect, didn't expect that. Well then," Scout rubbed his hands, "catch!" He jumped on the other, wrapping his arms around his neck, and his legs around his wait.
The Medic stumbled back a bit, but regained his balance before he could fall. He hoisted Scout up to a comfortable position, hands resting on Scout's thighs.
You're much too skinny for a boy your age..! You need much more protein..!
"Yeah, yeah, so I've been told." Scout rolled his eyes and shifted his position in Medic's arms, half-expecting to be dropped. "But hey, at least Im easy to hold." His eyes lit up when he got an idea. "Protein, huh? Ate any of those today?" He started into Medic's eyes.
He carried the Scout off to his desk. Carrying the boy's weight on one arm, he used his now freed hand to open a drawer filled with snacks. He pulled out a granola bar and handed it to Scout.
You remind me of a baby chimp,
The Medic smiled, playfully pinching Scout's cheek.
Climbing up on people... Being as energetic as one...
He opened his mouth to say something else, but closed it.
