Hi, guys. I can’t believe I’m actually writing this. MNLOT has been my baby for so long that it’s taken me months to come to terms with my decision to discontinue working on it. But, it’s come to the point where 90% of the things that happen in the Megan & Liz world either make me cringe or just downright frustrate me to no end. I know some of you guys remember us “working” with the girls for a bit during the time Deux was released, but we wanted to do so much more that we weren’t allowed to, which honestly just sucked.
I would love nothing more that to continue working on MNLOT, but I just cant keep putting so much time and effort into something that I no longer believe in. It’s taken me months to prepare myself for this decision, and it still breaks my heart to think about it. I created MNLOT at a time where I really needed something to make me happy, and I feel so guilty abandoning it even though I know it’s the right thing to do for me and Sheel.
I want you guys to know that us discontinuing work on MNLOT is not because we don’t want to put in the effort. Believe me, I still have so many random projects and ideas I’d love to do, but there are a lot of other factors that lead us to believe that nothing we do will be appreciated/participated in.
To everyone who has followed MNLOT, whether you’ve been here from the beginning or you just found us, thank you for taking the slightest bit of interest in us.
Maddie and Courtney: thanks for joining us on this ride and for everything you’ve done. You guys were there from the start and you don’t know how much I appreciated your friendship over the years.
Sheel... My one year older twin.... you know I love ya. Thank you for sticking with me until the very end.
Megan & Liz: thanks for tolerating me for the last few years. I wish the timing had worked out better.
If you guys feel the need to ask me any questions about this decision, or just wanna keep in touch with me, you can find me at @mindlikeadeadlydisease. So many of you have done so much for us, so don’t hesitate to reach out!
Thank you thank you thank you.

I remember the night 3 years ago that my best friend and I were sitting in my kitchen, searching through twitter for Megan and Liz update accounts. I found MNLOT and also learned that the owner of the account, Millie, was looking for co-owners. Without even hesitating, I had applied. An instant friendship between Courtney, Maddie, Millie, and me was created and I will always be grateful for that.
Coming to terms with the idea of end of MNLOT is not easy. It’s something that has been an everyday part of my life for nearly three years. BUT, it’s something that has to happen right now. I’ve come to a point in my life where I’m finally starting to get a sense of what I’m supposed to be doing, like I’m starting to see the light at the end of this very dark tunnel. MNLOT has definitely helped me get to this point, but all good things must come to an end.
We have been able to do things that not every single fan gets to do, which was incredible. I wish the timing could have been better, the amount of ideas that spew out of Millie’s brain on a regular basis is AMAZING.
Maddie & Court: even when things changed over the last few years, you have both stuck with us and I will never be able to thank you enough for that. You’ve brought the humor to every conversation, especially when we needed it most.
Millie: Thank you would be an understatement for everything you’ve done for me with this account and just life in general. Between our M&L convos, to Taylor Swift, to life, I couldn’t ask for a better one year younger twin.
MNLOT might be gone, but if anyone has any questions or just wants to stay in touch, I’m still hanging out at @lookingoutatthecity!
Thank you @meganandliz @meganmckinleymace @elizabethmorganmace for everything, and mostly for changing my life.
And that’s my bestie ✨⭐️❤️ http://ift.tt/1Up9WPm
