Borborygm - a rumbling sound in the stomach
10 second animation to describe the word
Self Initiated One
Relieving my stress of the self initiated project by carrying out my habit I have when feeling stressed. Tearing up my self initiated work book, then putting it back together in its original form.
A Moment of Truth
A revelation, walking into the unknown. Capturing the invisible borders of the territory of one of London’s biggest gangs, The Peckham Boys. Looking at the ordinary streets of Peckham that contain murders, drugs and assault.

Editorial / They think it’s all over
Working in pairs, we were given the sport curling. Using a David Attenborough commentary for our double page spread, we recreated the shape of the curling lane and focused on the rapid movement of the two sweepers.

Objectophelia Porn
Working in a pair we came across Objectophelia, the name given for those who have emotional and sexual relationships with inanimate objects. In the current day there is porn to fit all needs. So this is where we came up with Objeculation. Porn created for those with Objectophelia. We created a live published website, www.objeculation.com, where we created photographs and short films organised into categories to suit all needs. We also created a blog on the website where we posted real life stories that were found in articles and documentaries. Taking inspiration from real porn sites and films, we used a variation of music and sounds as the soundtrack to our films and gave witty and cheesy titles to the images.
Self Initiated 2 - Lost and Found
Across one week, I travelled across the tube lines in London searching for lost items, when I came across a bag. As a beginning, I stripped it down and worked out what was in the bag. Then reading the diary I began discovering who the owner could be and what they do..
Returning the bag
After contacting many of the people within the notebook, I eventually got hold of someone who knew Joe and passed on his mobile number. I was then able to return the bag to a very grateful owner!
On The Map - Landmass 9
In a group of 6 we created an island named Siribirus, coming from the name Cerberus that is a three headed dog, as the island outline resembled 3 heads. We then translated it into Arabic as this is the language spoken in the surrounding countries spoke. The island was made purely of tanzanite stone, a precious stone to the rest of the world. As an island in the centre of trade routes, the island traded the gems for natural items from other countries that were a value to the people of Siribirus.
Choosing a steel tube to place the words on would make it so that it would be heavy enough to not let the signs fall down on the bridge. They were then individually welded on to each bar laid against a wooden frame to ensure each letter was correctly and evenly spaced.
For the phrase that will go at the entrance of Vauxhall Bridge, I used the plasma cutter to cut it out on a 1mm thick piece of aluminium. To create the type, I used ..... typeface and then had to edit it to remove sections in the letters A, O, B, D and R so that they wouldn't fall out.
Design Skills
Using the plasma cutter, I cut out the eight titles for each sculpture on a 2mm thick piece of steel

Visual Thinking
In a group of three, we were to create a one minute film that visually exposes and communicates an aspect of yellow plasticine. We interrogated and dismantled this drawing tool in many ways, in particular discovering how far one packet could be rolled out and how much dirt could be picked up.
We first rolled out one packet of plasticine to see how far it would stretch and what the outcome would be to put it all back together.
We then created a one minute film about the ‘reusable’ children toy
