What do I have to say about that? So much. I have so so much to say, but for now I will save my time and energy and leave you with this: trans folks are not responsible for the discomfort of cis folks. Your discomfort around trans folks simply existing as their most authentic self is discomfort that is up to you to unpack on your own time with your own energy and intent.

Us trans folks are here to stay whether you're comfy with that or not. 🏳️‍⚧️

So much of what I post is in hopes that other trans folks will see parts of my journey and feel a little less alone and maybe feel a little bit of hope for their future as well. Through editing these videos and going through old memories, this process has opened up new doors of healing and self-love.

As I say often, I am very very privileged. Privileged to have access to gender-affirming healthcare that allowed me to get top surgery. The fight continues for ALL trans folks to have access to the care they need to thrive as their true self.

Protecting trans kids doesn’t diminish the lives of cis kids. It’s true that all kids need to be protected, but what is EQUALLY true is that trans kids are not fully recognized as having a life that deserves to be protected. 🏳️‍⚧️
