Ine. Sheâs been hiding so much stuff from her parents that she has like 50 hiding spots in her room and a categoric knowledge of whatâs where.
â Dancing with a partner
Katsumiâs the best dancer (or at least the best ballroom dancer), but with a partner sheâd be really tense and rigid unless she trusted them absolutely. Tama, on the other hand, is both a good dancer and very comfortable with people, so sheâd probably be much better at it.
â Punching someone out
Kumikoâs such a powerhouse and she could definitely punch anybody out if she felt like it. Thank goodness sheâs a sweetie pie.
Kohana, probably. Even though she doesnât draw much so her raw technical skill needs some refining, she has a great eye for detail and a lot of patience so she can produce good drawings.
â Cleaning up
Seina. Sheâs the second oldest of six siblings, and she just always cleans up after the younger kids. When they were toddlers sheâd just follow them around the apartment cleaning each room as they left it.

Suzume. If it was just an individual plant sheâd totally forget and let it die in the corner but sheâd care so well for a garden. She basically kept one when she maintained all the plants in her aviary and she just loves nature and pretty things and nurturing life so sheâd be a fantastic gardener.

SUZUME. Oh my goodness, 100% poor poor Suzume. Sheâd just be such a little cinnamon roll and try to be super polite and end up dying purely because sheâs not savvy enough.

Kohana tilted her head to the side, her delicate features contorting into the barest sentiment of a frown. âWhy would I? This world holds such a diverse range of beliefs... itâs fascinating, really. Thereâs no better way to understand a person than to understand what they truly believe in. And religion is simply a component of that system... ah, I suppose I should say here that Iâm not religious myself. But doesnât religion offer such a valuable window into the human mind?â
D. Would you rather know everything the universe has to offer but in exchange lose all emotions or remain the way you are now?
She shook her head, thick black waves tumbling with the movement. âI canât be the only one who thinks that knowing everything would be terribly boring. Think; learning is the fundamental state of being for any creature. And humanity moreso than others. Cold? We learned to make fire. Outmatched? We learned to make weapons. Iâd even go so far as to say that our purpose in life is to learn - perhaps not so much conventional education, but - oh, but I seem to have diverged.â Kohana offered a cordial smile. âTo put it succinctly, I do think that I would rather like to have things left to learn.â

Amayaâs face seemed to flush through the entire spectrum of purple to pink to red in the space of a few moments; the only sound to escape her mouth was a bewildered squeak. Eventually she spluttered out something along the lines of a ânoâ before burying her face in her hands. There was to be no more elaboration on the topic, that was clear.

Amayaâs lips twisted into a cynical frown and she folded her arms. There was no stumbling over her words now, not when matters of money were being discussed. âDirt poor? Been there, done that, didnât enjoy it. Not that money can buy happiness, but - well, it certainly doesnât hurt to have it, does it?â
Seina asks
A. If you could get away with one murder in your lifetime without any legal, social, or emotional repercussions, would you kill someone?

For a long time, it looked as though Seina was going to offer nothing in the way of reply. From the stony, unmoving expression on her face, one might even assume that she hadnât heard the question at all. But at last she spoke, her tone as serious as ever.
âTo kill without a cause is not noble. I have no cause that I would need to kill for.â
T. If everyone in the world would automatically only know one language, which language would you choose?
Seina closed her eyes for a few seconds in thought, before opening them again when a surprisingly quick answer came.

Amaya tugged at her collar, biting her lip as she tried to think of an answer. âScience isnât really my strong point, you know... Iâd even go so far as to say itâs a weak one....uh...â
Eventually, after several moments of silence, she blurted out: âWell matter is made of particles, and particles move by kinetic energy, right? So if I could manipulate energy then wouldnât that also be manipulating matter? So arenât they, like, the same?â She tugged at the collar of her blouse again, confusing and frustration evident in her voice. âThis is so confusing! Is there a third option?â

The moment the words âtrue loveâ were uttered, Amaya seemed to sit up a little bit straighter, as though just the mention of such a concept had reinvigorated her slightly. Her eyes shone as she eagerly clasped her hands together, staring off wistfully into the distance.
âTrue love is such a rare and wondrous thing! If youâre lucky enough to find your soul mate, however fleeting it may be, you should cherish such a precious opportunity!â
The financial consultant then seemed to remember that she wasnât alone. Her face flushing cherry red, she coughed awkwardly, making sure to avoid eye contact. âAt least, I read that somewhere... I mean, statistically speaking, itâs harder to find true love. One should leap at the chance, right?â
N. What was the worst nightmare you ever had?
Her eyes widened, as though she were not a deer caught in the headlights but a fledgeling fawn under the harsh illumination of military floodlights. Amaya bit her lip, fiddling with the tie of her blouse as she fumbled with her words.
âI- I- I mean, wow, thatâs a real doozy of a question, donât you think? Donât you want to talk about finance or-â
The bow of the tie came undone and she froze, frowning, before going to retie it with shaking hands. Her silence made it evident that she wasnât providing any further response.
E. If you could live and be healthy without sleeping or eating/drinking, which would you cut out of your life?
âSleeping.â The answer came instantly, and Amayaâs certainty seemed to bring her confidence as she flicked a strand of peroxide blonde hair over her shoulder. âI mean, think of all the work I could get done with the time Iâd save by not sleeping. I can eat while working, but sleep-working is a different matter. I could basically double my work output! Think of all the profit!â
Y. Do looks mean anything to you? Don't lie, could you fall in love with someone you thought was ugly?
Now here Amaya was stuck. She knew what answer was instinctively right for her; and she also knew which answer she wasnât going to give. The girl spoke slowly, carefully selecting each word as though a wrong step would be disastrous.
âIt... depends on... I mean, I think the looks you present are important. Like, the way you take care of yourself. But physical appearance... everyone wants a prince or princess or princen; itâs not shallow to want that, right? So I guess looks are a bonus. Ah, a highly appreciated bonus.â

B. What is your first thought when you receive a message on Tumblr, are you excited for the idea of someone from potentially the other side of the world wanting to talk to you or fearful that someone will criticize you?
âOf course Iâm excited! I mean, why wouldnât I be? After all, who would go on the internet just to be mean to people?â
I. Was the first crush in your life something you had or something someone had on you?
âI crushed a snail once. It had just been raining and I wasnât looking and I stepped on it by accident!â
R. Do you have any (secret) feelings of bigotry to any group of people?
âWhy... why would I...? If weâre talking about people I donât like, then I donât like people who drop litter... is that the question?â
D. Would you rather know everything the universe has to offer but in exchange lose all emotions or remain the way you are now?
âOf course Iâd remain the way I am now! Knowledge is nice and all, but whatâs the point in life if you havenât still got new things to learn? And whatâs the point in knowing things if you canât feel emotions? You canât know everything without emotions, because theyâre how we know who we are, what weâre feeling. They make us human! And yeah, theyâre tricksy sometimes, but I wouldnât change a thing!â

Amaya asks
1. What foods do they love, and what foods do they refuse to eat?
Amayaâs diet is just so so unhealthy. She loves cake, sweets, pastries... basically anything cute and sugary and generally bad for you. Sheâs especially weak to anything thatâs just cute in appearance - sheâll go for that incredibly well decorated cupcake covered in like a tonne of buttercream icing because itâs pretty.
She refuses to eat any âdietâ foods. Purely because she views them as tasteless and joyless and they have no place in her diet. (She occasionally tries to eat them then gives up after about two mouthfuls).
20. Do they like to travel? How do they pack and prepare?
Amaya absolutely loathes travelling. She always gets really travelsick, so much that she needs acupuncture wristbands just to get her through a long journey (which always leave her with bruises). She always needs at least three attempts to pack her suitcase, since she always puts in way too much stuff the first time, then manages the second time, then remembers that she forgot loads of basic essentials.

8. Do they eat a healthy diet? A varied one?
Kumiko eats a pretty healthy and balanced diet, since itâs a necessity with her athletic lifestyle. Her dietâs somewhat heavy on carbohydrates since reserves of glycogen are always useful. She and her brothers both learned to cook from her uncle, so they cover all of the cooking between them. Living by the sea, she does tend to eat a lot of fish, but overall sheâs got a good variation.
12. Do they sing or play any musical instruments, even if just for fun? How well?
Sheâs not so much a melodic singer as she is a fun one, in terms of character and volume and stuff. Kumikoâs much more of a dancer than a singer anyway, and she canât play any musical instruments to save her life.

Tea! She pretty much loves all kinds of tea, but Lady Grey is her favourite.

Her weapon of choice is obviously puns and a fantastic sense of humour, and she dislikes using serious conversation
(this is a joke but. weapons??? naaah)

Kumiko really likes travelling by foot, but when thatâs not practical she tends to take buses. She avoids tube trains when she can because the thought of being underground makes her uncomfortable.
5. What kind of weather makes them happy, and what kind makes them sad?
She loves loves loves sunny weather! Kumikoâs almost always at the beach so sunny days are her best days. She dislikes rain, but absolutely abhors (and is even a little bit afraid of) storms.
7. What clothing do they like to wear, and what do they wear most often?
Itâs very rare that you wonât see Kumiko in shorts and flip-flops. She likes t-shirts, but prefers tank tops and halter neck tops. Generally her styleâs pretty casual, but she likes bright colours and interesting slogans. She also likes her beach volleyball uniform because it gives her so much freedom to move.
11. What do they do when they need comfort? Do they seek out a person, a food, an activity, etc?
Kumiko has two methods - sheâll either cheer herself up with puns, blind optimism or just her own comedy (which tends to work in most cases) or, if itâs something more serious, sheâll go to her brothers. They never fail to brighten her day.
13. What decision in their past did they most analyze and fret over after the fact?
Iâd answer this one but spoilers ;)
17. Do they have any pet peeves or petty dislikes, and how do they react to encountering them?
Sheâs generally pretty laid back about everything, but sheâs basically declared war on lemons. She hates them with a passion and will glare at any lemons or lemon products in the vicinity and itâs kind of like âgosh kumiko, if you donât like the lemon then donât eat the lemon there problem solvedâ.
19. What is their favorite texture?
Sand. She adores the feeling of sand beneath her feet and between her toes and even though sand always gets in her towels and clothes and in her house she loves it all the same.
23. What is their favorite drink?
Orange juice! Kumiko adores orange juice so much. Her favourite brand is called Orange You Glad Itâs Not From Concentrate and she will follow it to the ends of the earth.
29. How do they arrange or decorate their living space?
Very simply. Kumiko spends most of her time outdoors so her room is mostly a place to sleep and dress before getting out. She does have a wall covered in photographs, however, mostly of her with friends.

Katsumi Questions!
â„ - What does âloveâ mean to them?Â
Honestly, Katsumi doesnât know much about it, but she has a very cynical approach. For example, sheâs certain that her mother does love her and remembers a time when they were close, but now that loveâs just warped and has become overbearing. At the same time Isao spoils her, but sheâs aware that itâs more shallow than real parental love.
If she had to define love, Katsumi would probably imagine it as a feeling of complete safety and comfort with another person. A relationship in which she can just be herself and not always be so tense and on edge, and one which improves her as a person.
â - What are they afraid of?
Failure. Above all else, Katsumi is terrified of failing, even though sheâs almost certain that itâs inevitable. Sheâs dedicated so much to stardom that the idea of ending up as a faded, forgotten teen idol (as she is almost certain she will) is petrifying to her, and especially as she approaches adulthood it really casts a shadow over her life.
⊠- What is one thing about them that they are most proud of?
Her looks. Oh, Katsumi knows that sheâs beautiful and she does everything she can to make sure that she always looks her best. Sheâs incredibly vain and not ashamed to admit it either.
⣠- What is one thing that they find embarrassing? (About them, others, things in general)Â
Katsumi doesnât have a lot of very basic skills that youâd expect a seventeen year old to have, mainly because of the nature of her upbringing and also because sheâs been so career focussed. She doesnât even know how to use a microwave, and the only food she can make is salad. She tried to iron a shirt once and actually managed to burn a hole through it. Sheâs pretty embarassed about this, though, hence why she tends to avoid publicly doing anything that she isnât completely confident that sheâs good at.

That Monty guy is a bit of a jerk, really.
â - Do they value loyalty?
She values her loyalty to other people immensely - sheâs absolutely undying in her devotion to keeping her word. But with regards to loyalty from other people, while she values it, she is very quick to forgive. Itâs part of her ethos but it means that she often diminished betrayal.
â - Do they trust easily?
Far, far too easily. Suzume is just so gullible and because sheâs spent most of her life in such a sheltered environment itâs never come back to bite her as it does in the real world, so she hasnât learned to choose her friends wisely. Suzume places trust in people so blindly and it really puts her at risk.
