Appreciation event for Volunteers of IAMALIR Youth Festival 2022 Mehran Awareness and Development Organization inaugurated its new office yesterday, held IM Malir Youth Festival and distributed certificates to students who completed courses in beautification, computer and English language. On this occasion, hundreds of youth including Kadir Bakhsh Kalamati Board of Directors Mehran Institute, Bashir Ahmad Memon Mukhtarkar, Abubakar Memon former district member, Siraj Deen Board of Directors Mehran Awareness and Development Organization, Irshad Hussain Memon participated. Speaking on this occasion, President Mehran Awareness and Development Organization Mir Muhammad Yasin said that our first goal is to engage the youth and empower them to provide opportunities to men and women on the basis of equality. IM Malir is a historic program that every year youth volunteer on the platform of Mehran Awareness and Development Organization. Today's event is held to pay tribute to these young volunteers. Apart from this, it is Mehran Awareness and Development Organization which is bringing forward the youth girls and boys of backward areas by imparting skills through various training programs. Speaking, Owais Habib said that we made the youth prepare for the IBA test in which more than 50 youth were recruited as teachers on merit. Abubakar Memon said that I pay tribute to Mehran for establishing a library in every small area and conducting career counseling programs. It started with a dhaba and today despite being 13 years old, it is standing on its own feet. Bashir Ahmed Memon said that I pay tribute to Mehran. Chief Guest Qadir Bakhsh Kalmati said that I congratulate Mehran Awareness and Development Organization, it is the only organization in which people of all communities and religions are working together for the development of the society. The fourth session of Creative Learning Skill Based Teachers Training was held today, December 12, 2021 at Mehran Office by Mehran Awareness and Development Organization. The trainer was Ibrahim Khan, Executive Learning Department of Chase Up, who gave a session on Personal Development and Growth of Teacher. The session was attended by registered teachers of different schools in which 95% were female teachers. In the program, teachers' attitudes were discussed on various topics including their personal development and children's personal development. The second Teacher Training Workshop on Child to Child Approach by Mehran Awareness and Development Organization was held on 14 November 2021 at Mehran Office. Leading social leader, Trainer Prof. Dr. Mumtaz gave the training. In which registered teachers of different schools of Malir participated. It may be recalled that this project is being run by Mehran Awareness and Development Organization under its own auspices with the main objective of achieving UN Sustainable Development Goal No. 4 Quality Education. The Creative Learning Skill Based Teachers Training Project was launched yesterday with the help of Mehran Awareness and Development Organization. In which training was given in two sessions 1 Importance of Information and Knowledge for Teacher 2 Child to child approach Abdul Jabbar Afridi and Owais Habib Memon facilitated. The training was attended by 45 teachers of which 85% were family teachers.
