i’m going to be starting my junior year at ib i’m the fall and i’m scared to be officially starting the IB diploma programme , so do you have any advice ? i’m already intimidated lol

just pls do ur work lmao , it’s not really hard it’s just a lot , you have so many out of class yr long assignments that are easy to forget so i’d say hurry up and do them ! especially extended essay !

Hello i hope you are fine, i would like to ask how can you stay focused for a long while and how on the average should you study before taking a break, thank you and may peace be apon you .

salut ! if i’m honest i can’t stay still for longer than an hour , i have to move around since i’m very anxious therefore fidgety , but i’ve heard so many times to take breaks in between studying , this way you give your mind time to breathe . i hope this (semi) helps !
