Good day today!!! Had two light meals, 200 Cal’s each. Last ate at 4:00. Drank tons of water and tea. I am going to wake up feeling so good tomorrow!

I’ve lost 5 pounds, but have 20 to go. I see progress and feel good about it. The more I lose, the less hungry I am. I’m giving myself a month.

Seeing results

If you can stick with it long enough to start seeing results in the mirror, you won’t want to stop. Trust me. Seeing the scale go down but but not seeing actual results can be frustrating.

But once you start to see and feel that change, it’ll light a fire in you that’ll make you work twice as hard.
