What started as a simple encampment concept quickly turned into a fully built neighbourhood block packed with businesses, transit access, housing, and plenty of neighbourhood drama.
This build captures the raw, lived-in energy of a forgotten part of the city — where some residents are trying to make it out… and others are just trying to make it to tomorrow.

This build was designed to feel immersive, dramatic, and luxurious from the moment your Sims walk through the doors.
The interior features a dark, luxe red + black palette with dramatic cinematic lighting, creating that authentic late-night premiere atmosphere.
The restaurant is fully functional — perfect for “dinner and a movie” storytelling, date nights, or group outings before heading into the theatres.

First things first, I fixed the “I Want You Now, Not Later” interaction.
Now let’s get into the new stuff! Expanded the Side Chick Business pie menu. Added:

Prayer Mini Mod
One thing I've always wanted for my historical gameplay is the ability for my sims to pray. I've been using the meditation stool from Spa Day for so long, but it didn't quite hit the spot. So I decided that hell, it can't be that difficult can it? Turns out the answer to that question is both yes and no. This is my absolute first foray into creating anything with custom tunings, so please be gentle with me as I'm sure it's not 100% perfect. In the future as I learn more I would like to add possibilites of more prayers.

Find the prayer book in build/buy the easiest by searching [scandisim] or Prayer Book.
Cost: 100 simoleons.
3 swatches - medieval in Simlish, medieval in English, and Simlish without the medieval imagery (so that it can be used for more modern purposes).
New custom animation made by me.
Praying is available for teen - elder.
You currently have the options of two prayers - a general prayer or praying for good fortune (which can give your sim a small simoleon blessing if you're lucky). I want to add more in the future, like for fertility, but haven't quite figured out the tuning for that.
Different buffs depending on the outcome of your prayer.
