But I still feel responsible for them! They trusted me for a WHOLE YEAR! I don’t want to abandon them with just anyone!

Well... isn’t everyone always learning about themselves? I think that that almost helps people because like... you know you’re not perfect and you have work to do still too! ..it’s when people assume they are perfect that makes it like... really hard to connect with them.

I... Well, I mean, technically I can’t make a final decision but I was kinda like recruited or encouraged or whatever so I wanted to try and find my replacement like Spencer did!

That… honestly sounds like something I would really enjoy doing, but not if it requires me moving back into the dorms. I just recently got an apartment with my… roommate.
Darn. ...I mean, I’m pretty sure? I don’t really know how else you could like totally support the residents if you weren’t like... in the same building? But you could inquire with the housing department, I guess! I just know that... I’ve been doing it for a year and living in the dorms and now I’m going to move into an apartment with my boyfriend! Plus, like, I’ll be a senior and have more things to do probably and whatever so I figure I should find someone else to take over the job!

What’s… an RA?
Well, technically it means “Resident Advisor” BUT I like “Really Awesome” more. You live in the dorms and are like a totally amazing role model for the residents there and you are fun and awesome and like make sure they feel welcome at the school and dorms and sometimes residents come in crying about their relationships or asking for help with like papers which... I needed to tell them that I am the last person to help, but I referred them to like people and places that could help them! ...Like a supportive live-in concierge kinda was what it felt like to me...
