today I realized I’m too afraid of religious intolerance. I mask it by showing as catholic, because it’s a socially acceptable way of “being religious”. I just wanted to express my beliefs freely, without fear of judgement, hate or harm.

the saddest part is that I masked so hard that it gaslit me into conflicting beliefs.
