The bed you awake in is soft and welcoming, and yet there’s a heavy atmosphere in the room weighing in that feels more suffocating than comforting. As you open your eyes, you are met with the various shades of pink in your bedroom. That’s right; you’re in this castle still.

On top of that, it’s only been a day since the motive had been revealed. Just yesterday, you were holding that photograph. Its very intent was to motivate you to murder if only so they weren’t murdered instead.

But would someone actually be driven to do so because of it? You think back to the reactions the other girls had as you make your way to the kitchen for breakfast.

Nessy soon fell silent as she listened to the others…well, when she said listen, it was more like hearing a faint mumbling in her ears and pretending she cared enough to make out the words they were saying.

Unlike some of the others, she had a monotone and just plain uncaring voice and mask upon her face. Why should she care, after all? Dying wasn’t exactly anything horrible…though not everyone felt that way, sadly. Death was just a role in a human’s life, after all…this was nothing more than a stage, right? That’s all life was.

Enough inner monologue, it was time to get chatty.

"…So…will anyone plan to kill already…? Do try not to…do it infront of everyone…and clean up the mess…I can handle it but…we don’t need fainting girls…"

Upon taking the blonde tressed girl's words slipping past her lips, she couldn't help but think a considerably rational thought. Holy fuck. The way the words blubbered out so simply out of the considerably harmless looking gal, was way, way beyond her. Yet, it.. intrigued her? Yeah. Maybe it wouldn't hurt too much to exchange some words.

You know, pal- if someone heard you say that in public, you'd get some real nasty sidelooks.

Don't really think it matters here, though. Excuse my indecency, but your name might have slipped past me. Care to share?

After exploring the whereabouts of the first floor, Monomi returns you all to the throne room. The ruffles of her dress are flapping everywhere as as she bounces up and down with glee, and it could be found kind of cute. Unless you had a cold heart. In which case, it was irritating.

"Awright! Now that we have all of that out of the way, we can get to the main show: our game~!"

Game? You glance around, but everyone looks just as lost as you about that.

"Monomi’s ★ Mutual Killing ★ Game of ★ Hope and Fwiendship!”

Wait a minute. Killing?

"Uwauwa, you’we all gonna be stuck hewe! Fowever!"

…….

People begin to panic. Some of the girls fidget in disbelief, while others hold back cries. But you only listen in shock as Monomi continues.

"Isn’t it gweat? You all can become better fwiends and gwow old together! But… I understand that some people wouldn’t wike that. So after that considewation, I have decided to give you all a way out! You just have to commit the perfect murder!"

Her cheery disposition is still there as she explains this, and yet the entire tone of her seems to have grown darker. It’s almost like a shadow appeared over here face. Whatever it is, you can’t tell—but it’s scary.

"And you motherheckers better kill! Or else something bad might happen, uwauwa…"

Just as quickly as the shadow came, it’s gone, and the cheery, cute exterior of Monomi is returned to you all.

"So you all can band together with hope and fwiendship! You’ll all wive if you have that!"

You blink, and then she’s gone from your sight. It seems she’s left you all to freak the fuck out.

What a weekend.
