Never give the silent treatment to somebody with crippling anxiety.  It is one of the worst things you can do to them emotionally.  They blame themselves for everything, they become worried about you, and it will cause so many problems for the person you are giving it to.  Please, if you are angry with somebody, DO NOT ISOLATE THEM WITHOUT EXPLANATION.  Tell them how you are feeling and talk it out, please.

Even though I didn't wanna go to that concert. I was a Backstreet Boys fan. something you are working on right now: Ummm... My paintings. I have 3 going on right now. My Eeevee, My Cinderella's castle with fireworks for my grandfather, & my newest one, a heart with ribbon (& maybe a bow) with the lyrics, "You'll be in my heart, always" written around it & on the heart. have you ever had a near-death experience? Maybe? I was in a car crash with my family when I was younger, & I use to sit sideways in the car, with my legs in between the seat & the window. However! That car ride, I ended up playing stuffed animals with my little brother, so I was facing the other way. The car slammed into us on my side, crushing the place where my legs usually are. My little brother saved my life.... Then my senior year of high school, during my final game of lacrosse, I got hit really hard with the ball about an inch or so away from my my heart... Though only one person knew about it because there was a foul by one of my teammates... The person who knew was one of my best friends at the time & she figured it out because that was the only time I've ever asked to be taken out of the game. I ended up pretty much collapsing on the ground, clutching my chest, crying my eyes out for a few minutes... For the record, I asked to be pulled after the ball was moved to the other side of the field!
