Ingredients: 2 packs cream cheese, softened 1 pack taco seasoning 1 can Rotel, mostly drained 1 pack burrito-size tortillas Fiesta cheese Directions: 1. Add the mostly drained Rotel to the cream cheese mixture and stir gently until incorporated. 3. Lay out a burrito-size tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla. 4. Sprinkle fiesta cheese over the cream cheese layer to add extra flavor. 5. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other. Once rolled, slice into bite-sized pinwheels. 6.
