my favourite part about the ultrakill community is easily how it's more of a hivemind than an actual fandom. like if one person says or does something that might barely relate to a thing in ultrakill, the entire fucking thing swarms and goes IS THAT FUCKING MINOS PRIME and it makes everything so much funnier

might be a hot fucking take but i think we as a society need to be way more normal about how people cope with trauma and stress.

just because your child is scared and wants to bring a plushie for emotional support doesn't mean said child is immature and babyish for doing so.

people creating art that you find terrible or strange as a way of coping doesn't mean it's invalid because it's not therapy. i don't even mean this in a lala proship way, i mean this in a "woah thats so crazy bro!!!" way.

THERAPY AND COUNSELLING IS NOT A ONE-SIZE-FITS-ALL. i am so tired of people saying "oh bro needs therapy" as soon as someone says something even mildly unusual. i've had therapy four or five times now and every time it's been a waste. and if you're reading this and currently going through therapy, good on you for trying to recover. even better if you've got someone you can trust! but if you don't like that person, that's okay too. don't feel obligated to tell them everything even if you don't want to.
