They told me I would live to see something beautiful, something more positive than the hell I was fighting my way through. I was thrashing my way through hedges of thorns and they always said that when there are thorns there's always a rose but I could find my rose. I came close, I found daisies and daffodils but my soft petaled rose never even met my eye.
