i'm currently working on a charity sketch page commission for a friend! just testing the waters rn 🙂‍↕️ i'm considering opening slots for these types of charity comms in the future once i feel more comfy :] (donations would be going towards non-profits supporting immigrants in the US)

Sorry to disturb but may I please ask which Riso zine you were talking about?

hi!! i think there may have been a misunderstanding 🙂‍↕️ my recent art wasn't part of any zine, it was the whole zine :]

to be specific: it's the kind printed on one sheet of paper, then folded and cut to make a little 8-page booklet 😊✨!! these are also known as minizines. my riso prints won't arrive until may (🤣🤣) so here's a mockup of a home printed version!

it seems these aren't as common or well-known in fandoms 🤔 probably because "zines" in that context refer to something a little different, like polished anthologies featuring art and writing

either way!! minizines can be about anything you want, are easy to make, cheap to produce and a ton of fun!! plus you can trade minizines with other local makers 😼 i can't recommend them enough 🙇😊✨ if you're interested at all, i hope you'll try them out :]
