She for a long time fucked my results up until we were able to do some better stats + collect more data and so on. 

My research involved allowing bees to make choices, one of which was neutral, one rewarded and one punished. The bees had to solve a learning task (won’t get into the nitty gritty of it) to figure out which choice would be rewarded and to avoid the punishment. Bee C3.19 no matter what would pick the yellow choice, even if it was punished. She just always picked yellow. Which meant we’d have long videos lasting minutes (most bees would make second long choices) of this bee picking the same choice no matter how badly she was punished for it.

Here’s a random video of one bee (3C.16) doing one of her trials. Each bee we had did 30 trials all up, and we had at least 22 bees per condition, with three different conditions. So we ended up with about 2000 videos I had to manually get data from (long story).
