I know I'm overreacting but it's making me feel like I have to delete my facebook

I feel really bad for crying over this because it's just really dumb I guess but I made a post on Facebook expressing how I felt that some parts of Inside Out were pretty ableist without thinking and like idk someone im good friends with commented asking how it was ableist, and when I explained to the best of my ability they insisted that the movie was not ableist and it made me feel like I was being Attacked I guess because I really felt that that the movie was ableist in a relating kind of way and I was pretty sure that if I didn't delete that post that they would continue to Attack I really feel like it would be better to keep most of my thoughts to myself

i mostly switch at night so sometimes I will wake up not remembering going to sleep, then I try to figure out who fronted last by looking back at convos on skype/text things are frustrating sometimes plus massive headaches

I am planning to visit my bud bios next week, but they live quite a ways away and the trip will be a little on the expensive side…we rarely get to see each other and it would mean a lot to be able to see them again!
